Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, spacious, and just what we needed for a weeks long get away. It was a nice walk to local beach access, and we felt like it was just far enough outside of the “city” to be a peaceful and low key vacation. The neighborhood was tidy and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool on our days off of the beach & our mornings spent on the screened in porch.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience with High Tide R And R! Our flights to Florida all went smooth and we we're in town sooner than expected. I sent them a message and they allowed us to check in a few hours prior to the original check in time. We can't thank them enough for a great experience and will hopefully be back soon to use them again!

This place is wonderful! The home is right on the beach. There is a public access right next door but it is not an issue at all. The beach area isn’t crowded and the view from the two decks is terrific. Only a short 5 minute or so drive to many places. Groceries, shops and restaurants of the 30A area. Highly recommended.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. As a first time air bnb user Igor was amazing! My little family was a perfect fit and he had everything we could possibly need. It was both my six month old son and husband’s first time at the beach and we had so much fun! We will definitely be staying with him again!

The location was key and the home is beautiful. I liked all of the local recommendations Trevor sent and he was responsive with messages. This suited our needs perfectly. The garage had everything we needed for the beach, the only things we brought were beach toys for the kids and puddle jumpers. If I were to come again, I’d bring my own shampoo/conditioner/soap since what was available definitely wouldn’t last us a week. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. And the outdoor shower was more for rinsing off from the beach, which was still nice for getting all of the sand off. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful few days stay with our two dogs while we were in town for a concert. We had some stuff come up that made us a day late to check in and Kseniya made it extremely easy to resolve with her prompt and helpful responses. The place was beautiful and we all had a great time! Close proximity to the beach and plenty of cool nearby places to checkout with a short drive like rosemarys beach and alys beach! Would definitely come back again!

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

Leesa was a wonderful host—very responsive and kind throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The door lock was a bit tricky at first, but we figured it out quickly. The place was very clean and just as described in the listing. We had a great stay and will definitely keep this spot in mind for future trips!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. It was exactly as described and the hosts were very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again! It was in a perfect location and only 1.5 hrs away from Destin which we visited twice during our stay.

The apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for. Clean, new, baby friendly and the location was perfect with so much to do right outside! Walkable to nearby beaches & pavilions. Communication was also amazing, providing local recommendations and very easy to get in touch with.

This was a great place to stay. It was near a lot of fun activities but still private as well. We enjoyed the chair service everyday and thought this beach area was the most beautiful (we,ve stayed all over this Florida coast). We will definitely come back!
