Hands down, an amazing place and area to stay. The location is just minutes from 30A, on the quiet side of Inlet Beach. The host thought of everything between providing guests with beach chairs, cooler, towels, kids toys.. you name it! I will certainly be back. Thanks for having me!☀️

Next time we are down, 100% will stay again! I love how it was little private and not too busy by the beach/area. The place was cute and had everything we need! Was definitely a cozy place

Everything was perfect! The beach was literally outside the balcony and everything was easily accessible! Close to a walmart and starbucks and many other places to eat and not alot of traffic. Kevin was very responsive and everything was awesome!

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

This was a great place for my stay! Perfect for me and my partner. The 3 min walk to the beach was very nice! The place was just like the pics and we had everything we could need. I definitely think it was a great deal and would stay again

10/10 would recommend. Place was spotless and nicely decorated. Had everything we could need, and even a few extras. In a great location as well. When I had to change my check in day to a day earlier due to a death in the family, the hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Will definitely rebook in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous house with a gorgeous view & a short walk to the beach. Todd was very responsive & quick to help if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend this place to friends! Our family of 5 stayed there with a family of 4 and it did not feel crowded in the slightest. Everything we needed was provided or easily gotten at the local Walmart.

We've always loved Pinnacle Port, but this was probably our favorite unit we have stayed in. We brought two young kids and it was a great fit for them as well, would highly recommend!

Wonderful place right on the beach. You can walk to great restaurants and shops. Super helpful host and quick to respond to any question. We will definitely visit again!!

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. Thank you for a great stay at your lovely condo! It was the perfect place for my solo getaway with my pups! Loved the privacy and private beach access across the street. Perfect location. Bed was super comfortable too! Very clean and had all of the amenities. Highly recommend to others and hope to stay again in my next trip!

So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a quick little get away with the kids and pups!

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

We loved our stay at Peaceful Waters in Baytowne Wharf. The view off the balcony made you feel like you were in a forest, it was peaceful. Eric had great recommendations for local beaches, easy directions to use the facilities on site, and a closet full of items one would need to enjoy the beach! Easy parking, easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and the marina.

We loved this place! It was perfect for my bachelorette trip and all of the girls loved it as well! It was decorated so cute and very clean! We loved that we could easily walk or bike to Rosemary and Alys beach as well! The host, Ryan was super sweet and quick to respond! She made the whole process so easy! We had the best time here!

Absolutely Perfect – A Beach Vacation We’ll Never Forget Our stay at this incredible condo in Pinnacle Port was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found our go-to beach destination. Nestled in a quiet, gated community, Pinnacle Port felt safe, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing family getaway. The condo itself was everything we hoped for and more. It was unbelievably clean and bright, with a fresh, welcoming feel that instantly made us feel at home. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, it comfortably fit me, my wife, and our five kids without ever feeling crowded. It was roomy enough for everyone to have space, but still cozy enough to stay connected and keep track of the little ones. The back patio opened up to a stunning view of the beach—perfect for enjoying the warm coastal breeze. We spent many evenings just soaking it all in, watching the sunset, and later, stargazing under the moonlight. We will be staying here every year! Ty Micheal!

This place is very spacious! I will definitely be staying here in the future. Great location. Nice finishes inside.

The blue palm was the perfect spot for our little family of four. 1 minute walk to the beach which was perfect with small kids. We almost always had the pool to ourselves and the beach was never overcrowded. Morgan was wonderful at answering all my questions and the condo was perfectly stocked with everything you would need. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this location. It’s perfectly nestled between PCB and Rosemary Beach and this location is very private and secluded. The host was very friendly and responsive and we enjoyed lots of great beach time and restaurants. Some extra things to note about this specific location. The building that the condo is situated in is showing its age, however the facilities are kept in great shape. We saw the cleaning crew every single day we were there which made us feel comfortable about the facility cleanliness. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the remodeling of the condo. There are good amenities like the washer and dryer, fridge, stove, and bathrooms. Overall, I would stay here again! If you’re an avid coffee drinker, I highly recommend trying the Salty Bottle and Brew which is located on the Carillon Beach Resort just a 5 minute walk in a beautiful gated seaside community for delicious coffee and breakfast items!

This place is in a great location if you prefer to stay away from the busy crowds. The house smelled amazing when we walked in. A short drive to the beautiful 30A restaurants, shops and beaches.

We just got home from our stay at blue tide 5A and keep saying what an amazing vacation it was. The place was right on the water and the views were so amazing. We honestly barely left the condo/beach cause of how private and peaceful it was. It was the perfect first family vacation for my husband and I and our 6 month old daughter. We hope to visit again soon!

Jilenna was very responsive to any messages I sent her!! She was amazing!! The condo was perfect. Great location!! We will be back!
