Lake house holiday rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

This home was absolutely charming—beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and even more delightful in person than in the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The space was not only spotless but also well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was seamless; they were kind, responsive, and attentive throughout our visit. We truly appreciated the care and hospitality, and would not hesitate to return or recommend this lovely place to others. A perfect stay from start to finish!

Very nice condo! Good location and proximity to beach. Some days have limited shaded seating at the pools, so keep that in mind on hotter days. Overall, we had a great time staying at Khoi's place! Great view on the beach!

The best place to stay !!! Great for big families and such a peaceful beautiful spot that felt like we were in a movie !! Would definitely recommend!!

We had a 5 day stay at Herron House and it could not have been more wonderful. The house is charming, cozy, pristine and well laid out. Ann has done a great job with communications and was very responsive to answering questions and addressing a few minor things that came up. The house setting is quiet and peaceful and well appointed. Make sure you sit out on the dock for morning coffee or late afternoon beverages. Oh, and try out the paddle boards and hit the beach, which is about a 10-12 minute walk on quiet streets with lovely homes to see. The beaches??? Spectacular, very wide and wonderful sand. Restaurants are close by and having the golf cart to use makes that easy to manage. We will go back to Seaside...a great experience! Thanks Ann!

Very nice! I slept 8 hours every night in this rental which is rare for me on vacation. The golf cart is the game changer for this community. We took it everywhere. We made a seafood boil one night and enjoyed it on the back porch. We loved having a washer and dryer and came home with clean clothes. The neighborhood is quiet and just what we needed. Host is very communicative, we even extended our stay by one night.

Lisa was a great host extremely responsive and permitted us early check-in which we greatly appreciate as we had a very early flight into town. Being able to go to the house right after travel and relax in the pool was amazing!! The house was beautiful and just as pictured. The amenities are as listed. We prefer a place that has guest access to beach chairs, pool floats, and a grill BUT this is a personal preference and the listing is clear on amenities available to guests. There was no surprises, we knew those weren't available when booking. Ample amount of shampoo, conditioner, and clean linens available! Ample TP, 3 rolls per bathroom and 2-3 paper towel rolls per kitchen area. Great to have a private pool, but you are right next to the neighbors. We had great people beside us, but could be an issue for others. Lisa is a great host and would definitely book with her again!!

Jerry and his wife were wonderful hosts. Probably some of the best hosts we have had. We were able to check in early (1pm!!) which was so helpful with a toddler and infant for nap time. We didn’t have the best weather, but it didn’t matter - the porch was GREAT to sit out on and not get rained on. This house is VERY walkable. We walked to the beach multiple times - it’s very close and a safe walk. The neighbors are very friendly and kind. They even let our toddler play with their outdoor toys when they weren’t in use. Very family friendly (kids playing soccer outside, etc). We had no issues with noise at night - it was very peaceful. Finally, the hosts were very responsive - we unfortunately had a medical emergency and they both answered on the first ring. They were very supportive and compassionate in helping us get the care we needed. Would visit again! Thanks again! If you have toddler - be sure to check out Destin Commons splash pad and Crab Trap for dinner!

We had an amazing time! We were in town for a wedding. Location was convenient to everything. We felt right at home. Exactly as described. Golf cart was added bonus as we were able to find time for the beach and pool and it made it so easy! Thank you for sharing your beach getaway with us! Highly recommend and look forward to returning for our next trip!

The home had all the basic needs for a week’s vacation, with close access to the beach and lake Powell. The home was in a nice neighborhood, clean, & peaceful. I would say it’s worth the money, for the everlasting experiences and sights I get to see.

My family and I loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was so clean and smelled so good as soon we opened the door. The decor is beautiful and the thoughtfulness put into the entire space shows the owners really care. There is lots of room and many comforts. We loved the backyard space for our two little pups and loved the fire pit at night. Foosball was fun too! The host was great in giving us some great recommendations for places to eat out. The home is close to everything but quiet and not in the middle of all the tourists. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great place for family ! We had a blast ! Kids wanted to stay in the pool than go to the beach ! Super peaceful and great attention we will defiantly book again !

Great place and we really enjoyed the dock

This is a very nice house, big, clean and well stocked. Everything you could want in the kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets for when it was chilly. Host was very responsive and great to deal with.

Beautiful home, beautiful area! The house is great for large families, and the furnishings are beautiful. The pool is excellent and the beach is close. After a walk around the bay and over the pier, you meet a quiet, serene, beautiful beach. This place is wonderful and peaceful. We loved it.

We stayed with a group of 6 at this condo and we had an amazing time! The home was clean and looked just like the photos in the listing. We loved the amenities like the pool table, cornhole, and mini golf. They made the stay so much more enjoyable and entertaining for the group. It’s just a couple minutes away from the beach as well as the shops & restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was great. Close to the beach and in a beautiful location. The kids enjoyed the pool and the host was always available to answer questions.

Perfect location, right in between all the places (rosemary beach to the east, seaside and grayton to the west)we wanted to go. The location is not busy, but yet close to beach and turbo coffee . But the house is much more than we thought. Photos actually don't do it justice. very impressed with the home. easily sleeps 6 to 8 comfortably. the wrap around porch was a plus. Host was great too. thank you, definitely coming back!!

We had the best time here, felt like we were home. House was nice and tidy! Beds were all so comfortable! The drive to inlet beach was less than 5 minutes. Everything was nearby, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants! The house has everything, such as a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, and even beach toys. My kids were so excited to be in the garage the entire time (game room.) LOVED that we were able to bbq in the back patio! Definitely coming back soon!

We have been traveling to Florida at least twice a year for the past few years. Kelly’s house exceeded expectations. The house was beautiful, the area was peaceful and just as described. We will definitely be staying again! Do not hesitate to book!!! You will not regret it.

My wife loved it and made it was perfect place ever and all the things you could imagine was in the house and outside. This was the best place we have stayed at ever since we have been vacationing to Florida.
