Monthly Rentals in Sun Lakes

Holly was such a fantastic host. The place was exactly as described. We needed a place with few steps given my wife's recovery from a leg injury. It was ideal as there was only the step across the threshold to get in. The place was very clean, light, and ideal for our needs. Holly's communication was exemplary, from asking questions in advance of our booking through stay and for checkout instructions. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your property. We look forward to a return trip as we have an embedded reason(s) to come back (grandbabies! ... OK, and our son and daughter-in-law, too!) <3

I enjoyed staying with Jan. The suite was spacious and quiet. Even though I am single, I did like the extra space this provided for me as I work at home a lot. It is quite a bit larger then "just renting a bedroom and bath somewhere" . I liked to be able to do some cooking here so did not have to eat out all the time, in the suite's kitchen. The area is very calm and peaceful, not so much traffic and a grocery store a mile away on the corner, very convenient. Lots of other stores within a few miles. Jan is totally sweet, even making breakfast one morning. She even called me prior to me coming, which is not very usual with my airbnb experiences, asking about myself and my likes and dislikes in lodging experiences. It was great meeting Jan, as she is a very nice person. Thanks!

Beautiful place in a beautiful neighborhood. We stayed there for a month and had a great time. The house is spacious with comfortable furniture. The pool outside was a great place to relax in the hot AZ summer, with weekly pool cleaning service and several pool floats to use.The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed. The decor was nice. Because of hot summer, we did not get to enjoy much of the neighborhood amenities like the beautiful golf course, but we enjoyed our short walks on beautifully laid out walkways throughout the neighborhood. Wendy was an awesome host. She was very responsive throughout our stay. This is gated community and we were arriving late, so she sent us the gate key via mail which was very helpful. Overall, highly recommended this place and if we go back, would love to stay there again.

Once again, Nancy’s home provided a peaceful home base from which to visit with my Mom in assisted living nearby. Nancy is very responsive, and greeted us via Ring to make sure we could get inside upon arrival. There is enough room for two people to work remotely without bothering the other. The home is right on paths around a series on manmade lakes visited often by various waterfowl (wigeons, coots, cormorants, etc.), and you feel safe walking at night after a long day of checking off family tasks. I will recommend to other families staying in the area and look forward to resting in Nancy’s place again. Next time I want to take better advantage of the little reading nook on the lake side of the house with a fun selection of books of various genres, with some fantastic art books to get your creative juices flowing too! It’s a great place to stay in Sun Lakes and be near anything in the greater Southeast Valley.
