Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sun Lakes

This is our second time renting from this company and staying in these units and it has not disappointed! If you want clean, luxury, great location, walking distance to restaurants, this is your place! The community even has a pool that’s nice and refreshing! We will continue to stay here, thanks Dean!!!!

Had a great stay here. Home was very comfortable and would stay again. Came to town for a family 80th birthday. We loved staying so close by. Thanks for a great home.

the house was exactly as described Gabriel had everything labeled and instructions we clear and easy to follow. location is close to everything and private as well. couldn't have asked for a better host of place. definitely looking to stay again when I come back in 6 months for a longer stay.

Madeline was a great host and responsive to any needs we may have had. We would definitely book here again on our next trip to PHX. The pool was definitely a plus in the heat as well. We had a great vacation.

Very clean. I loved the feel of the place. Felt very comfortable. Walking distance to Walmart Neighbour Market which was great because I didn't have a car there. The neighbour hood felt safe for me, although I wouldn't go out walking in the night. (I'm just not comfortable walking in the dark in a neighbour hood that I'm not used to.) Sable communicated well. I stayed there for two weeks and it was so nice to have a nice kitchen and fridge for cooking. The bed, living room and bathroom were all nice. I feel like the owner is a very reliable person. It's great for solo traveller or a couple. Thank you for the nice place!

The place was beautiful! exactly as description explained! Clean and accommodating. It had everything you needed for cooking!

We were there for 6 days and 5 nights. We did not have to contact Liz for anything. Check-in was easy. Place was spotless, easy to find and had everything we needed. Location was nice. Close to Temp Marketplace (plaza with different stores). If you're thinking about booking this location, you will not ne disappointed.

I picked this particular location because of its proximity to Sloan park. Unfortunately, my son’s team got knocked out of the tournament in the first round. The one downside with AirBnb in general is the cancellation policy. I understand the owner wants to keep to the cancellation policy and unfortunately, once spring training is over, those locations are probably hard to book. I just wish I could have left early and gotten a partial refund. Lesson learned.

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

Excellent AirBNB very clean, very responsive, had everything we needed. Felt like home.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed the pool and the location is a good distance from Old Town. Chris and Cynthia were very responsive and flexible.
