Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sun Lakes

A great holiday weekend away! Took advantage of the pool each day, watching the birds and ducks and their antics. The house was exactly as advertised. Great location. Few miles away from Downtown Chandler. Great atmosphere and a wide variety to eat and drink. Carl was very responsive and accommodating which made our trip even better. Sometimes it’s challenging to stay at a new place when you have questions. Carl was quick to answer. Very appreciated. We’re anxious to return again.

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

This home was absolutely at the top of the list of the best homes we have used on Air BnB. Truly not a single detail was missed. The kitchen was stocked beyond what we could have imagined, the rooms were comfortable, everything was accessible and easy to use. It felt like walking into your own home. Every single detail was considered, from beach towels and floaties for little children to seating for everyone, the well stocked kitchen and the consideration that someone may need more towels, blankets, or pillows. Truly I can not say enough about the home but above all, the host was amazing to work with. We requested an early check in and it was accommodated without question, communication was better than I have ever experienced, and her welcoming nature just made us all feel right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home, the instructions for check in were easy, she was always responsive to questions and was open to accommodate a little later of a check out time. The house was clean and very homey. The backyard was great for a pool day or night. We watched movies by the pool and hot tub fireside. It was a great stay.

I enjoy my stay in Arizona. I went there for a concert and it was definitely a vibe. I do with there was a microwave but i think the point was to cook your own meals not reheat stuff (if i was there for longer i definitely wouldve cooked meals for sure!). The bedroom was really nice , the bed itself was amazing. I was there alone which made me feel a little nervous bc of how open it was but it was still relatively quiet and private and i didnt get any disturbing vibes. Corey is also extremely responsive and was chill asf with me. I really appreciated the communication. Other Bnb hosts were pretty dicks twords me but Corey had patience with me so, thats a 5 star right there lol. Overrall my favorite part was experiencing my first Arizona lightning storm? It was FANTASTIC on the balcony. I had the bedroom door open so i can listen to the rain and ugh- it was so nice. I loved it! Oh, also VERY clean!!!

my wife is a bit of a clean freak and I can say she has never been so happy with how clean this home is. Great Host and Great stay

I brought a small group of leaders here for a leadership retreat and it was perfect! Not only did it comfortably sleep 8, it was in a beautiful community, super close to the downtown scene and a short road trip to Sedona- which we LOVED! The pool was absolutely perfect, there was an abundance of blankets & separate temp controls for the upstairs (which was GREATLY appreciated)! I told my hubby we need to come back for a family trip!

I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. It was absolutely perfect for a short trip, and I'm sure would be great for a longer stay!

We had a great stay at Kathy’s place. Great place for a family as it was my husband and two children that stayed the night. Decorated so cute and the beds were super comfortable. Kathy was very responsive with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

I really enjoyed staying at this location. The host Ryan is very responsive. I really appreciate that the kitchen is fully stocked and that there is a washer and dryer. The room I stayed in was very comfortable. There was plenty of space to put my things. The refrigerator is decently sized. I only had one very small issue with the refrigerator shelf, when opening the door for the first time. I messaged Ryan and he was kind and responsive. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this location. I love that we have access to the pool and that the entire location is very peaceful. I had very little issues finding it having two different parking spaces to park really helps. I do like that the front door has a gated door in front of it so that if I want to leave the front door open, I can have the other door closed, but the fresh air can come in when it’s cooler at night for a little bit. It’s a beautiful place.

This was such a treat staying at Ana’s place. She made us feel right at home. I can’t believe how kind and generous she was throughout the whole stay. It was gorgeous and so so clean. If we get a chance we will for sure book again. Loved everything about it. 100/10! ❤️❤️❤️

We felt that the location was ideal for us as we attended the ASU graduation and were able to explore the area with family. Being able to hop onto Scottsdale road (without hearing any street noise at night) was super convenient to go either way to Tempe, the interstate to see other areas (Phoenix, Mesa, camelback), and of course north to old and new Scottsdale. Close to very good restaurants and any store you may need. The house is what you see on the site. The casita is a small house with space and is extremely well kept and ideal for a larger group. The main house was spacious and well laid out. Everyone was happy with their rooms. Ryan had everything stocked from towels, bathroom necessities, plates, glasses, etc. The pool table came in handy for some friendly games. The covered carport is a great benefit in AZ. Another benefit is the checkout, Ryan kept it simple. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

The sport is very to everything and is easy to access And something to note is how much it stands out among other nicer, albeit older and mature houses in this older Scottsdale neighborhood. It’s a gem. Sparkling clean. Huge for the footprint it sits in - new everything, well stocked with essentials and a very friendly host.

It was way better than we had expected. I will be going back in the future

For enhanced security, exterior cameras are in place; interior cameras are strategically positioned in areas exclusively off-limits to guests. I strongly recommend this house!

Our stay at Tatiana and Steve’s property was perfect. The house was exactly the way it was described and photos were accurate. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This home is in a peaceful area and has a magnificent view of the mountain. We loved playing in and relaxing by the pool during the day and sitting outside watching the mountain change colors as the sun went down. The host left snacks and wine and stuff for breakfast! So thoughtful! We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had an incredible stay here for my bachelorette weekend. There weren’t enough blankets for the couch girls however the host dropped off 4 brand new blankets which was so kind. The only thing that would have been nice would have been some extra paper towel and dish towels. Overall our stay was incredible and we would 100% go back. Great location, great weather and great memories made. <3 Thank you!!!!
