The place was super clean and exactly what I expected based on photos and descriptions!

We were absolutely blown away by this stay! The photos are lovely, but don’t do this wonderful home justice. Everything was incredibly charming, clean, and comfortable. The decor of the house was adorable. We enjoyed the amenities in the kitchen and the luxurious bathtub upstairs! We were able to walk to the fairgrounds in Burlington and ride a 120 year old carousel - such a fun thing to do for our stopover in small town Colorado. Dawn was very responsive and made check in and check out very easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice stay with wonderful host - very close to a park which is great if traveling with kiddos. Had welcome candy/snacks which was great since many food spots close early. Patio area is lovely to sit and relax.

This is our third time back here. When we visit, I always look to see if this place is available first. The grounds are clean and free of extraneous stuff, the back yard it HUGE and would be a great place to host a family get together. There's even a trampoline for the kids, and a grill for the adults. The interior is so clean and attractive, not cluttered, with a huge stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The bathrooms each have a huge soaking tub with plenty of hot water for our family of 5. The workout room is better than most of the 5 star hotels I've stayed in. Penny is a joy to work with and always responds to my questions. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you're passing through or staying for a while.
