Sherri is the host of host. I’ve never had anyone better than her, she’s so willing to help and has the cutest properties. I plan my trips here around when Sherri’s properties are available. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Nicely done, with thoughtful amenities and welcomes. Dawn was flexible and worked with circumstances. Spacious, decorated nicely, and clean. Lovely landscaping and flowers on porch, enjoyed the deck. Central to restaurants and such. Enjoyed our stay?

Tanya made us feel right at home. My dad and I were working in Stratton for the weekend and once we booked with her and saw the house we knew we would be more than happy and comfortable to stay at her wonderful home. She even provided food and extra bathroom supplies that we had forgotten which is something we’ve never felt with. We’re booking with her here pretty soon and looking forward to staying at her beautiful house for the remainder of our work period in Stratton!

This is our third time back here. When we visit, I always look to see if this place is available first. The grounds are clean and free of extraneous stuff, the back yard it HUGE and would be a great place to host a family get together. There's even a trampoline for the kids, and a grill for the adults. The interior is so clean and attractive, not cluttered, with a huge stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The bathrooms each have a huge soaking tub with plenty of hot water for our family of 5. The workout room is better than most of the 5 star hotels I've stayed in. Penny is a joy to work with and always responds to my questions. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you're passing through or staying for a while.

We were headed to Greeley from Texas and made a last minute reservation. Trisha immediately responded. It was important to have a yard for the dog and this did. Very small town and peaceful. The space is simple and could use some improvement but the price made up for that. It was very affordable and worked just fine for us.

Tanya’s house is very comfortable and nice. It’s in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The space is clean and well designed with good amenities. The host is responsive and kind. Thank you Tanya!
