Perfect location, close to the beach and the guitar lagoon. Very beautiful and great surroundings for walking and sightseeing, either at the beach or in the lagoon. It is more reserved, but at the same time it is also very close to the center, being quiet to go. Apartment according to the photos, very beautiful and new. They had the essential basics. Great for accepting pets, we can take our little dog along to enjoy the ballooning. The building itself is also quite beautiful, we were surprised when we arrived on the site. We'll definitely be back.

Finding Fran's apt was a true oasis, especially after a bad experience with another Airbnb. From the beginning, she was attentive mto, advancing the check-in by hours and receiving us well. The apt was clean, smelling, organized and well equipped, as well as being beautiful and cozy and, on top of it only 3m from the beach! We spent incredible days, including my fiancée's level, who even received an affectionate msg from Fran. The only problem was having to leave, because the place is so welcoming that it makes you want to live rs.. In the words of my fiancée: “Spending a few days at Fran's apt is like arriving at a friend's house who welcomes you with open arms, guarantees support and still makes you super at ease.” We still had the privilege of an extended checkout, which made the stay even more comfortable. Definitely the best place I've ever stayed here for Airbnb, a super modern apartment with all new and extremely clean.

The apartment is very clean and has a beautiful view of the pool area. The hotel complex is very well maintained and the location is very pleasant and beautiful. The location is excellent, it has a downtown area next to it with a variety of restaurants and shops.

Cristina was very kind, helpful and communicative. We felt at home and our dog loved the space. The place was extremely clean and organized when we arrived, only compliments! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful house! It was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the space is spacious. There are 4 casitas that share a pool and grill in common. It is well located, near the center where there are restarurantes and shops. It has a space to park the car ahead of the complex which was very useful. The host was friendly, he welcomed us very well and answered all our inquiries

The stay was perfect. We went to Jurerê because my husband participated in the Iroman and wanted a place close to the race, and Paula's apartment was perfect. The place looks just like the photos. Tatiana was very responsive and quick to answer messages. I felt really safe during my stay. Everything was in good working order. The neighborhood is nice and easy to get around. There are a few restaurants on the ground floor. I’d recommend this place for a short stay in town. The only downside is that the sofa and the breakfast bar stools weren’t very comfortable. However, the bed mattress was fine and allowed for a good rest. Overall would recommend.
