Holiday rentals with a sauna in State of Santa Catarina

Great space and location, the host responded immediately when requested, gave us tips on restaurants and activities to do and places to visit in Chapecó. Beautiful apartment, pleasant space, with everything you need. We will certainly return in due course.

This was such an amazing stay. I am adult with two parents, and we each had our own bedroom/bathroom suite. The apartment is modern and very comfortable. We found a seafood restaurant and a burger place just a block away, and we went to both twice because they were so good. I came for the Ironman, and this was a great location, within comfortable walking distance to the supermarket, and a short drive to the Ironman Village. The host was incredibly communicative, and I felt very welcome. It was a great trip to Brazil for us, and we would come again.

The apartment is spotless, beautiful, very comfortable and with an amazing view. They are usually very attentive and attentive to anything you may need. I definitely recommend it!

My stay was simply amazing! The space is spacious, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The location next to the sea is perfect, making the experience even more special. The house was impeccably clean, and the bed and bath linens were of great quality – the towels were large and very comfortable, a detail that made all the difference. The sauna was a great differentiator, and the special touch of the plants, especially the lavender available for use in the sauna, brought an even more relaxing experience. The environment has a wonderful energy, with several beautiful plants that make everything more welcoming. The shower is also excellent, with great pressure and temperature. In addition, I was very well received by Monique, who was super attentive and helpful. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

Oi Soraia. Great stay. We spent a very good holiday at this location. The apartment has an ideal size for a couple and a child. But the strong point is the external space of the condominium with a very large green area and a very good infra. Deixo only a suggestion regarding the check-out time because at 10 am it is too early for those who are enjoying a rest. It could be extended to 12 hours at least, or else there is a flexibility, even because, I think that hardly another guest would occupy the property soon after the holiday ends. This is as a suggestion. In addition, everything perfect.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

The condominium has several amenities is a great structure, as well as being very safe. Pharmacy, ice cream shop, coffee shop, market, fuel station very close by. The apartment is clean and airy. We love the stay, but the furniture part of the apartment is very simple, more attention could be paid to this part. The host understood our demands and gave us all the support we needed

we chose the house of the patricia for the convenience of the sauna and jacuzzi perfect for the winter. Both worked perfectly. The house is extremely new and everything with very good taste, furniture and decoration. The location is a little further from the beach and the perfect pink center for those looking for tranquility and exclusivity. Even so it has a close market. The host is extramementr requests always wanting to give her best. inidico and would stay again.

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. We had a great time! Instructions were clear, people were always ready to help and check on us and give us advice. It was clean, close to the beach and we paid extra to get breakfast made for us which was awesome. The house has everything it says it does, is spacious and super welcoming. Could not be happier! 🙏❤️

Our stay was very good. On arrival we had a small mishap with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms and Joseane was extremely helpful and quick to resolve the issue. Very well located place and very complete house. We recommend for sure!

We were surprised by the proximity to the centrinho. Easy to go and get back and no traffic. Even in the carnival. Super helpful hosts. Spacious house, air-conditioned rooms and extra mattress available. Pool, terrace with incredible views and sauna, in addition to the external and internal grills, were extra surprises.

We really enjoyed the stay in this apartment, it is just like the photos that show, spacious, very equipped, with a good place for 8 comfortable people. The very comfortable condo of super quick access to the beach. They counted with beach supplies and even beach boards and games for children. We were very happy and happy after our stay. The depto admin is always available and eager to help, attentive to every detail.
