There were 3 of us. The accommodation is well suited for a couple. The space is clean and has all the utensils. The location is great. Close to UFSC and everything is nearby.

It's definitely one of the best apartments I've ever rented on Airbnb! I rented for my family And they just loved it! The townships were impressed by the sea view, a truly breathtaking view! The apartment is very cozy and contains all the necessary utensils and furniture to make a great stay possible! Another positive point is the location of the apartment, as it is close to everything and the view is sensational!! The condominium organization is very good! (A nice thing is that it has a great cafeteria and a mini market inside the building, which made it a lot easier for us). The hosts are attentive, helpful and respond immediately! My wife and I love the place and plan to return soon!

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season it is open all week. As for the apartment, having meals on the balcony overlooking the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea from your bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It is an excellent place to work from home. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We will certainly return again. We love it!!

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is simply a paradise for those who want to rest and relax. Simply the structure of a club, but you feel like it's private. Very quiet, the sound of the lake in front of the house is relaxing, the waters renew the soul. The house itself is another paradise apart, it was the best trip we made. The atmosphere is very romantic and perfect for those who want to get even closer to their love. The host was the best I've ever had, sent videos explaining every detail and quickly answering any questions we had. Each corner had a surprise that made us fall even more in love with space, even mate and guitar to complete our peace and quiet. We will definitely come back many times. The house has exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the market, gym, beach and with great delivery options in the area. Access is easy and the neighborhood feels very safe. The house itself is even better than in the photos: very comfortable, spacious, well equipped, with everything very clean and organized. The hair dryers are great, which made a big difference to the group. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, but it is worth mentioning that, with only two bathrooms, it can get a little crowded. A highlight is also the large backyard, perfect for having fun and enjoying moments outdoors. The host was extremely kind, friendly and always very helpful. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The chalet is super complete, had everything we needed and was according to the announcement, checkin and checkout was very quiet, the people at the gatehouse were very receptive and friendly. The chalet has a great space, even bigger than it looked in the pictures. Eliana was very requested and responded promptly to everything, it was a great stay.

mrs. Ivete and her husband are very cordias people, we have been well served by a great experience. And my little one was enchanted with Pedrita vaquinha... This contact with nature and the animals of a very relaxing experience for people from big cities who are always running from one side to the other... We will certainly return.
