Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in State of Santa Catarina

Scheila is a very responsive and excellent hostess! The apartment is a simple, ground floor unit but was fine for our short stay. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants and bars in Lagoa and only 5 mins from a supermarket. We made somewhat of a last minute reservation and Scheila was excellent making everything very easy!

I left the apartment on Friday 02/14/24 after a 12-day stay. Ivete and her husband are very attentive. Well-ventilated and fully-equipped apartment. Premium sheets and towels. The location and tranquility are excellent. I didn't have to move the car. One foot on the beach and restaurants (50mt) I hope it costs the same in 2026 as it does in 2025. PLEASE!!!

the apartment is very good close to everything. The apartment has everything a house needs only miss the TV in the room that is not working. Mr. Carlos is very helpful for sure we will return.

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. Everything very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

Great value! I really liked the way the bedrooms, two single beds and a bathroom with the individual keys and password are arranged for access. Great location for those who want to enjoy Vila Germânica. Beds with clean linen, towels, and individual bathroom are also very clean! It's important to whet the knives, but there's a great time to have a barbecue with everyone. In the kitchen, the refrigerator could be larger for the number of people, but there is a water filter, and the kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking, that's enough. There are outdoor plastic chairs, equipped laundry for those in need.

Impeccable house. Exactly as in the photos. Great location, super quiet and easy to get around both by car or on foot. Alcindo was super nice, he helped us with everything we needed.

Quiet and beautiful place, in addition to the attractions, which are the sheep and the Dog as well. I recommend Loft 276 to everyone.

Hosts were very kind. We hit the car at the gate when we got out of the parking lot on the first night. They assisted us in maneuvering and minimizing damage to the car and then we agreed to reimburse the gate, all without stress. Sometimes worse than the material loss, it is the reaction of those who do not tolerate accidents and unforeseen events. So we are very grateful for the help in the situation and for the tranquility that has passed us through. The property is very beautiful and the birds in the morning are a separate show! Ah, we even saw a cutia cub, the cutest thing in the world! I recommend the stay and I will be back when I can! ☺️

The apt was spotless, we received it in excellent hygienic conditions. Everything is as it appears in the photos. It is super equipped for 8 people. We loved the security of the building and the apto itself. We were with a one-year-old baby and felt right at home. As for the rooms, super comfortable beds, bathrooms with powerful showers... I would again choose this option to come for a family vacation. The super attentive and responsible host, we had a little mishap with an air conditioner that did not work well and in consultation I solve it immediately sending a technician to review. From 1 to 10, I rated it with 10 points. We'll be back !!!

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated all well. The showers have poor contact, which connects each other automatically connects. In the kitchen we miss a knife for bread and also a knife for a meal. We were 8 people and had 7. There was a quarter that the lamp was burned, but it was solved quickly with the help of the porters, very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large classes (8 people and also for families with kids). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend.

I got everything I needed during my stay in the house, and most importantly, Adriana and Elizabeth were friendly, the apartment is clean and the security in the residential complex is high, I spent very wonderful days in Adriana's apartment, and I think that I will repeat the visit many times when I come to Floripa, there is a lot to say and express regarding Adriana's treatment during our stay in the apartment, but it is not possible to talk about it in written lines, I advise anyone who wants to live in Adriana's apartment not to think too much, just rent and live! In short, friendly people, a wonderful and clean apartment, high security, parking, sustainable cleaning on a monthly or even weekly basis in the residential complex , I stayed from March 3 until October 20 , meaning about almost 8 months, Nice 😊

Very cozy place, the apartment was extremely clean and smelling, in the apartment it had all the utensils necessary for stay the host welcomed us very well, gave us indications of restaurants and things to do on site. The region has great restaurants, great beaches, all close, very good and safe to walk by day or night. I like it very much and I will definitely stay more often.

We had a setback that left us stuck on the road for 4 hours, Karin always left us relaxed about the check-in time, always responding quickly, excellent location, close to the main points of the city, safe place and with total accessibility, impeccable!

Beatriz received us personally with great kindness and welcome, we had delays on arrival and she always worried about our trip. The apartment is close to the beach, restaurants, convenience and supermarkets. We did everything by foot. The apartment is cozy, with lots of light and a huge balcony!!! We hope to have the opportunity to go more often.
