Holiday rentals with a fireplace in State of Santa Catarina

This is the second time we've stayed at Sítio Vô Mileno. Hélio and Sinara were totally helpful, we felt at home. We had some minor setbacks and they promptly made themselves available to resolve them. Once again, we had an incredible experience.

a chalet carved within nature, with all the usefulness of a functional, cozy and pleasant environment. A hosting reference. Perhaps, the one that delighted us most in these Airbnb years. The service that precedes all these qualities is also highly recommended. we will return!

Sensational place with private entrance to the sea. It has absolutely everything you need, very big. It's worth it

The Três Barras valley is exactly what we were looking for on peaceful days. The bougainvillea cabin met our expectations for family time, rest and contact with nature. We were comfortable with 6 adults, 2 children, a baby and a dog and had memorable experiences. The only issue that was not very functional was the layout of the bathrooms upstairs. There are three bedrooms and two suites, and the occupants of the third bedroom have to use the stairs to use the bathroom downstairs, which compromises safety, especially at night, for children and older people. In addition, one of the suites does not have privacy because there are no walls around the toilet. But we still recommend it for families looking for a refuge. The place is amazing and we were very well treated by the host and his family, who did not let firewood and attention to our curiosities and the children's lack.

Excellent place, just as in the photos, Gabriel is a great host helped us a lot, we will definitely be back, near pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, I recommend renting a vehicle to visit the entire island, 10/10.

The experience we had was amazing! It was a few days, with cold, but with the amenities of the house and Edu's hospitality made us feel at home. The place is beautiful (charming condominium, with access to the lagoon) and the house is delicious. It had everything we needed, plus firewood for the fireplace to warm the room. Nearby (by car) there is a complete range of commerce, with restaurants, shops, markets and conveniences. We will definitely return!

Good value for money, smooth check-in and check-out. Good communication with the host. Clean and complete apartment, ideal space for up to 4 people, easy access parking space. Gas and hot air shower essential in winter in the mountains.

The apartment is better than expected, extremely clean and cozy. Very well equipped, it has everything you need to spend a few days. The coolest thing is that you feel they thought of everything you would like to have in an Airbnb and put it there, there is a genuine concern for the guest. Tour itineraries, restaurants, parks and activities help those who are not from the region to have a direction of where to go and what to do. The wine cellar is an event in itself, a wide variety of wines that we can taste by replacing the labels or paying for the bottle, with no extras. I was delighted with the stay. There is a folder with all the explanations of how the apartment, the building, all the appliances work... it's really amazing. We'll be back <3

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

The accommodation served us super well: two adults and two children. Apartment with everything we needed. Clean and nice place. Pertus of the beach. The place is surreal of beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. The view from the house gives straight to a valley. André was super attentive the whole time, he even left the possibility of checking in before the time, if the space was clear. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it a lot. There is a beautiful lake where we have a picnic, we walk on a pedal and enjoy the contact with nature. The village had ducks, rabbits, sheep… all this gave a special touch to the stay. Some points that could make the experience even better: I missed a frying pan in the kitchen (despite having plenty of kitchen utensils), the pillows were full, so for those who prefer something more quiet might be good to take yours. And a TV with better quality and positioned to bed would be great, especially for those who like to watch a movie or show in the cold. Overall, it was a great experience, super recommend and would definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at villa daniela, any problems we had dio was very helpful and made sure all was okay. The villa is beautiful with a minute walk to the beach the location is incredible.

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.

Our stay at the house was delicious. The house is beautiful with a wonderful view, better than in the photos! Excellent location. Extremely clean and well looked after. Comfortable house, spacious , nice beds and spacious bathrooms. We were very well received by Valdir and communication with everyone was very easy and quick . We had no difficulties with anything. I highly recommend and we would come back for sure !
