We loved the days we spent there, the apartment really is just like the photos, when we arrived everything was clean and very fragrant, very cozy! I highly recommend it! The place is wonderful, with easy access to markets, bakery, etc. We are speechless and already want to go back!

It's our first time in Brazil. I traveled with my best friend and arriving at Shirley's home was a gift to the soul. Cozy from the first moment, they welcomed us with their hearts. They're nice people. The room has a view of the sea and while you sleep, you never stop hearing the waves. It's like a melody for the soul. 🤍 If you're looking for something like home, this is where you have to come. Barra is very safe. You eat well and you can go out at any time to explore. It's beautiful. Thank you for the experience and for being nice people. That's very valuable to us. WE WANT TO GO BACK NOW! 🫶🏻

The apartment is very well located, spacious, with an incredible view. Close to markets, restaurants, you can park and do almost everything on foot. The parking, by the way, is very good and with plenty of space. We had a very nice weekend with the family. Rafael was very attentive and an excellent host, from the time I wanted to book to spend my father's birthday at Sacadinha BC. Thank you for the stay and we will return more often, for sure.

Large apartment, perfectly accommodated 8 adults, balcony in the living room and in the three bedrooms with perfect sea view, all exactly as in the listing. Everything clean and organized with great location. Attentive host gave us all the necessary guidelines and clarified doubts quickly.

We are extremely grateful, the place is amazing .. wonderful landscape, great and quiet comfort .. the loft itself is wonderful. But the hosts' reception is sensational. Cláudia and Laurinho are extremely attentive, they gave us instructions for several tours, allowed a flexible checkout and so we can enjoy the place with all the tranquility we were looking for. We will definitely come back more often and highly recommend the place. We would like to express our gratitude, it was a unique and sensational experience for us.

The house, in addition to being beautiful with neat details, has a wonderful view! Every detail, both inside and outside the house, was built with great affection and care! We still managed to visit the interior of the lighthouse that was open for visitation to the public because the anniversary of the Farol de Sta Marta is celebrated during the month of June, the month is not very favorable for the beach, but we managed to enjoy ourselves and enjoy the place that is beautiful in itself. Camila made us feel very comfortable and, in addition to our stay, provided us with a beautiful basket of fruits and with our photos, this was paid separately but it was very worth it. I recommend and we will definitely be back!

Our stay was great, even with a rainy day, it was worth it because the chalet has everything you need to spend a few days. Your Chico village helped us a lot in the requested moments and Diego would respond quickly to us when we need to or recommend the chalets.

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

This is our second time staying at a property of Mrs. Rosa and both times were perfect. We'll be back more often!

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! the best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!

SIMONE ALWAYS ATTENTIVE AND PENDING, THE PLACE IS VERY QUIET AND THE ACCESS TO THE BEACH IS FABULOUS. RETURN TO THE NEXTAS VACANZE . THE ONLY THING ONE SHOULD BRING ARE THEIR PERSONAL THINGS, BECAUSE THERE YOU FIND THEM FROM THE ELEMENTS TO GO TO THE BEACH , TO TENNIS RACKETS TO ENJOY THE COURTS AND DO NOT TALK ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT THEREOF , IT IS PERFECT. In addition to everything super tidy and fragrant, it still received us with fresh welcoming fruits. Not counting on the various unannounced facilities: hairdryer, portable crib and bathtub for my baby, a girl in the building itself always ready to support... The access to the apt is by electronic lock, which made it very easy even at the exit, since our return was at dawn and we do not need to give a physical key to anyone. For the external doors of the building, Elizeth provided us with 3 tags, which was great, as it allowed us to arrive at different times to the condominium without the slightest problem. Great! Super recommend!!!! :)
