Monthly Rentals in Rio Grande do Sul

Stay for 3 nights to participate in the POA Marathon. The location is great, right in the central region, the apartment has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I would stay again. I thank Edmilson, who from the moment I made the reservation, has already been helpful and proactive, to help me with any need or doubt. On a future return to Porto Alegre, I would stay there again.

Hosting Hostel received by Mr. Romaguera always available and giving advice about the region. A place always organized, with cleanliness and clean clothes every week were essences. The difference besides the hospitality, was the dazzle of sunrise and by the sun that I witnessed in the bedroom on the top floor. I recommend and if necessary I will return! Thank you for 6 months :)

Wonderful place, everything very beautiful and organized. I simply loved it.

24-hour gate building and very close to a good supermarket (about 50 steps away). Everything I needed, I managed to do in the surroundings, which is a very comfortable area. Large, well organized and well-equipped apartment (I spent a month in Porto Alegre for work and the space has tables for quiet work). I also managed to cook good cooking in the kitchen, which had good pots (a well-functional wok), coffee maker, microwave and a large refrigerator, of about 350 litres. City Hall leaves nothing to be desired, wonderful cost/benefit. I hope next year you can stay in the apartment again!
