Beautiful loft, wonderful view, everything clean and organized with everything we need for a short stay. Super quiet and safe. Staff of the building very polite and helpful. The only problem we had was that the extra mattress that was supposed to be available was delivered on the second day. In addition, I highly recommend it and we enjoyed it a lot

The apartment is super cozy, has a beautiful, quiet and welcoming backyard. The area is great with lots to do, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also close to the Parque da Redenção, where the fair takes place on weekends. The host gave this suggestion and it was really worth checking out! Fabíola is attentive, helpful, was understanding about the flexible check-out, having only a minimum unforeseen event on the day of departure, where she was without signal and out of the area, unable to respond to us quickly, but nothing that hindered our stay. I hope to return to Porto Alegre one day and be able to stay in the apartment again.

Anderson is an excellent host, always ready to resolve any existing questions or issues. My only nuisance was with the bed, which was stained and uneven. Because of this I ended up looking for another place to stay. In any case, Anderson promptly returned the other part of the amount not reimbursed by airbnb and promised to make the change of bed the next day, which will benefit the next guests. Location very close to PUC and a large supermarket, with a garage for the car and the necessary infrastructure for a good stay.

We had a happy stay, clean, comfortable , beautiful view, great location, very cordial host, and we will be here again in the near future!

Great location, next to Bourbon mall and close to other places. Very functional, the kitchen serves very well even for making quick meals, good gym, laundry and parking. Quiet place.
