The accommodation was very peaceful. The apartment is well equipped and safe. Very comfortable. The region is quiet but has easy access to the main tourist spots. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is really a find, in the best possible location, close to bars, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and Parque da Redenção. For those who want to spend a weekend in Porto Alegre, it is ideal to stroll in Brique or watch a show at Araújo Viana. Comfortable bed and excellent shower, full kitchen and gas fireplace for cold days. I highly recommend it for those who come to the capital to spend a few days.

Sidnei was very friendly and had a lot of patience to help us find a solution for my mother who has trouble going up and down stairs. The house was very clean and organized and the garden was impeccable.

We stayed with family in the apartment, which welcomed us very well. The condominium is the high point in my opinion, so that you traveled with children, like me, has an incredible infrastructure. Parquinho, soccer, lake, tennis court, Beach tennis. Amazing green area. The apartment is cozy, clean, bedding, and utensils all available in perfect condition for use! Great location in cinnamon!

The apartment is identical to the photos, everything is clean and organized, excellent location, a very good space, great experience, the barbecue area is very good too. I advise you to take the tours with them. Hot air balloon and quadricycle, without a doubt the quadricycle was the best, beautiful view and an unparalleled adrenaline experience. From the first contact the Host was very helpful, provided a place to store luggage until the checkin time, made it easier to check in, it was always available for our questions about the place. When we arrived the washing machine was not working 100% and in a few hours it was solved. Despite being central, the apartment is quite quiet, cozy and has a great air conditioning in the room, as well as a washer and dryer. We've been on Airbnb for 10 years and I believe it was our best service experience to date.

This is my second time staying with Jephthé, as always very kind, certainly when I return to Gramado, I already have a place to stay.

Since the reservation, communication was great and Nina has always shown goodwill in fulfilling our requests (we arrived later, we took two medium dogs, we asked to do late checkout...). The house is huge, of high standard 70s. As we only went in two (couple), we only know our bedroom/suite and the common areas (living room, 3 baths, kitchen, garage/laundry), the others were locked. Kitchen with utensils in great condition and working. Comfortable bed, clean and smelling sheets and towels, all impeccably clean! Well located, it's a 5-minute walk from the party where we were (Grostoli Festival), in front of the beautiful Mother Church, and also from the center - we walk through everything! The city is so sweet! We're already organizing you to come back soon!

What a nice house and what a peaceful and beautiful spot next to the Mampituba lagoon. The beds are comfortable, very good shower, well-equipped kitchen, spacious and smelling house. The beach is also very close, to go on foot. We recommend your Leonardo's house, your Leonardo is very helpful and quick to respond, was also flexible for our check-in and checkout.

Rosinha's place is one of the best we have ever been to. We love going there for a peaceful and restful long weekend and we plan to go back soon!!

The apartment is right in the heart of Gramado!! As soon as you get out of the apartment, you'll find all the establishments! It's in front of Lugano! The apartment is wonderful!! heaters in the rooms! huge and super equipped rooms!! The super attentive host! I loved everything and highly recommend it 💗

It is a wonderful place, Mauritius and Debora were very kind and attentive. The house is great, super-equipped, comfortable and has a very beautiful and cozy space, with a great patio and located in a quiet area, great for resting, as well as featured in the listing. I highly recommend the place and we will definitely be staying at the house again.

When I found the property, I was very excited because it “sold” me exactly what I was looking for. A hut, swimming pool, bathtub (the skateboarding track I didn't seek but won me). What I could not imagine, is that this space has given me much more than advertised. Every moment, from breakfast to sunset, were watered with gratitude and enthusiasm. The space is so magical, that it gave me attractions and experiences, both in sunny and rainy days. Tu has a balcony for your coffee or chimas, a swimming pool facing the countryside, with periods of shade and sun. Tu finds peace by relaxing in the bathtub at any time. Barbecue front to the lake, with an hourly deck. The mezzanine with a giant tv and comfortable sofa serve both to relax and sleep. The skateau was a moment of nostalgia. And all this becomes more welcoming with the human and proactive service of Riana. I discovered my favorite piece on earth, I hope to be back soon!

We were in 6 adults and 1 1 year old drink. We love the location, we love the apartment. To sleep we feel a little the question of the auxiliary beds of the room, as my son has more than 1.80, but we completed it with cushions that was missing. The auxiliary bed is kind of small, but other than that the rest is very nice. The kitchen is complete, all brand new! The covers, towels, sheets were clean and available in the right thing. We stayed one night and she was wonderful. The pool is all good and is the biggest star of lodging. Amei and recommend!

Very cozy and comfortable space, you could walk to the most touristy part of Gramado, a factor that made us choose this property was the kitchen, because my wife has celiac disease and we had to make our own meals because there are few options in the city that she can go to and the kitchen was well equipped, there is a large market nearby which also made everyday life easier, in addition to the sofa bed, there was a single mattress too, there were 4 of us, me, my wife, my 6-year-old daughter and my mother, we were well accommodated, we just couldn't use the streaming but we didn't think that was a problem because we didn't spend much time in the property watching TV
