Sidnei was very friendly and had a lot of patience to help us find a solution for my mother who has trouble going up and down stairs. The house was very clean and organized and the garden was impeccable.

Francisco was an outstanding host, from the first moment very careful and attentive to our family, always very concerned with meeting our expectations. The impeccable house, exactly as in the advertisement, every corner thought for a surreal experience. We will take Francisco and the Poente lookout in our hearts, and we will certainly return soon. The place is perfect, quiet, and easy to access the attractions of the valley by car. The house is great, comfortable, well equipped and with a very good space! A great place for a longer stay! Wonderful stay! A gorgeous condo, with lots of green space and space for children to play. The beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped house. Township makes you want to leave! Bibiana always very helpful, gave us several legal tips, including a market with a wonderful meat that yielded a beautiful barbecue in the house. We will definitely recommend it to friends.

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is a sweetheart and Silvana too! Wonderful place. The lake is beautiful, both day and night. Extremely safe place, with 24-hour concierge. Joseana was responsible for everything and helped me with all the necessities. The jacuzzi ran into trouble a few hours earlier, and she more readily set out to sort it out and everything went well. It's well worth the place. You can trust!

Book without fear! This accommodation fulfills what it promises and is very well located, especially for those who like bar and restaurant options, as well as being very close to Parque Redenção, which is an attraction in Poa. Although the Cidade Baixa is very busy on weekends, the apartment's sound insulation makes the space very pleasant, without affecting the stay. High point for the equipment and appliances available and the neat decoration. I will definitely be back!

EXCITING! The apartment is beautiful, just like in the photos of the listing: everything is new, impeccably clean, well distributed and functional. The building is super safe, the common areas are beautiful and well organized, and the rooftop pool is a delight. Katia was absolutely sensational from start to finish, we had some unforeseen events during the trip and she always responded quickly and helped us a lot to overcome these challenges. Very polite, proactive and efficient, she made all the difference in making our trip to Porto Alegre unforgettable. I can only thank you for the wonderful stay, we will be back soon!

great place, has everything you need to rest and enjoy, family place, close to the sea, Tramandaí center very close by and next to the centrinho de Oasis, very nice.

Wonderful space! The condominium is very beautiful and quiet, great for walking and cycling (bicycles are provided by the place). We had a small setback at the reception, but Daniela soon responded and clarified that it was a reception mix-up, but it was soon resolved. The loft itself is great too, very spacious, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, very complete kitchen and the coffee powder available was a plus! The bathroom is very good, the bathtub was great, my daughter loved it, I took advantage of it too and I didn't miss out hehe! You have the option to order breakfast separately, which is very good, we ordered the combo for two people and it served us 3! You can request firewood at the reception once a day, and they deliver a set of lighters, which makes it much easier! It is a great option for those who want to escape the madness of the center, the neighborhood is very quiet and has options to eat. I recommend Panni, which has very good things! Daniela was very helpful and attentive! We'll be back for sure!
