Monthly Rentals in Spring Mount

We stayed at Traci's place for the entire month of May. It was the perfect home away from home. Plenty of space, very clean and all the necessary amenities. There are restaurants nearby and the lovely Brakemans cafe adjacent to the property open for breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend for short term or longer term stays. We will be back and hope to see the beautiful Magnolia tree in bloom!

This place was great. Clean and relaxing. They are also very responsive to questions and proactively check in after the first night to make sure everything is good. There were only two negatives. One that when it was quiet you can hear the neighbor walking up and down their stairs sometimes since these townhouses share a wall. We couldn't hear them talking or any other noise though so it didn't bother us much and it's not something the owner can do anything about either so it wasn't worth dropping a star. The other was that the wifi was a bit spotty in some places in the house. The router is in the basement so it had some trouble getting a signal in the back yard and the living room's smart TV would sometimes drop and cause the show to freeze temporarily. We weren't there to stay in the house and watch TV all day though so it wasn't a big deal and we didn't even bring it up. For whatever reason, the TVs upstairs had no problem with getting a signal. Overall this is a very nice place.

A very peaceful and private place all within a 10 minute drive of restaurants and grocery stores. We stayed for three weeks while on the road for work and it was nice to have a quiet place to drive to after work and relax before bedtime. The house had plenty of room and came with a full kitchen, a large bathroom with double sinks and laundry. Also, the house was stocked with amenities and toiletries, which is a bonus when traveling. Stew was a commutative host, via messaging and although I had doubts about staying at a place where the owner is staying at the separate main house on the property, I never felt like he was checking up on us...The last thing I want after working 80-hour work weeks is feeling obligated to talk to the host. Another bonus for me after growing up on a farm in Wisconsin, is having chickens running around while watching them on the wraparound porch. I never saw the potbelly pigs, but I'm definitely going to look up this place again next Spring, so maybe then...

This place was clean, comfortable & quiet. We would stay here again if it were available. Elissa was a very good host & we appreciated her detailed instructions & information about the area.
