Apartment holiday rentals in Split

Super responsive and friendly host. The apartment is super-clean bright and spacious. Highlights were the large wardrobes with hanging space, shelves and drawers to put your things, also a desk in each room for people who need to use a laptop. The bathroom was very nice, there is a seperate toilet. The separate kitchen is large and fully equipped. It’s very quiet at night. You can walk to Diocletians palace and the Riva in around 5 mins and the bus station in around 10 min. This is a great find I would definitely stay here again. 😍

Uns hat der Urlaub in der Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Das war tatsächlich das sauberste Airbnb, in dem ich je war. Die Ausstattung ist neu und modern, es war alles nötige vorhanden. In der Nähe gab es ein paar Restaurants und Läden, der Strand ist ebenfalls in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu Anita und Zoran war äußerst freundlich, wir wurden persönlich in Empfang genommen. Auch das Auschecken war unkompliziert.

El departamento es muy cómodo para 3- 4 personas. Camas cómodas. Muy linda vista y bien equipado. Hay aire acondicionado en cada ambiente. La comunicación con Emil siempre fluida, las indicaciones para acceder al departamento fueron a través de un video, ya que no es sencillo el acceso, en las callecitas es fácil confundirse, pero el video es muy esclarecedor. Está a 2 cuadras, a pie, de la última calle con la cual se puede acceder con vehículo, adicionamente hay que tener en cuenta que son 3 pisos por escalera, si tienes maletas grandes puede resultar incómodo. Excelente ubicación. Lo super recomiendo!

We stayed as a couple in this apartment for 2 nights, as part of our trip to Brac island. Location, location, location…Fantastic location, situated literally 2 minutes walk from main area with bars and restaurants, yet very quiet. Port and main bust station are 10min walk across beautiful promenade Riva with all major bars and restairants. What we really liked: location in the Old town, yet pieceful, super comfortable bed, big screen TV with Netflix chanel. Our host was very respecive and gave us tips on how to make the most of our short stay in Split. Place is very nicely arranged and has everything you need, but really nice touch for us was toiletries ( even toothbrushes were there, which came very handy as my partner forgot his and we had very late check in). L'appartement de Marijana est situé dans le quartier de Marjan mais Split est accessible à pied en marchant le long du port. Une plage de trouve à proximité. L'appartement est super bien équipé, pleins de petites attentions pour les voyageurs et est très confortable. Le petit jardin est un must pour se reposer de l'agitation de Split. La communication avec Marijana est super agréable. En juin, nous avons toujours trouvé une place dans la rue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

We had a great time here. The room and bath are great, clean and we felt very comfortable. Also, there were some sweets and the possibility to prepare hot drinks. Sometimes you could hear the neighbours, but it didn't bother us. We would come here again...also it was a very friendly contact and we got some suggestions for nice restaurants.

We had a very nice stay at Nikolinas apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is still close to beaches and Split city center. You can easily walk to the mentioned places. Also, during summer it is so nice that the apartment is air conditioned and that there is a fan and dark curtains in the bedroom.

В жизни жилье лучше,чем на фото. Отличное местоположение, 15минут к пляжу, 15 минут в центр города. Рядом два магазина. Цена соответствует качеству. Все нужные вещи присутствовали,даже полотенца для пляжа. Ana очень отзывчивая и быстро отвечала . Рекомендую

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

Really nice apartment, 10 minutes walk from one of the best beach clubs I found in Split, so, pretty convenient! We had some issues with the kitchen but Zdravka was so fast and efficient to answer that those issues were resolved super quickly! We are really happy with the time there and looking forward to come back one day! 😊

Wie sind mir der Unterkunft vollkommen zufrieden! Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, saubere Spülmaschine, ein großer Balkon, wo wir gerne Frühstück und Abendbrot hatten. Ich kann es gerne weiterempfehlen. Marko war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, und wir hatten gar keine Fragen und keine Probleme. Die Lage passt besonders für Familien gut, es war unser zweiter Urlaub in Kaštela. Ruhige Strände mit flachem Eingang, Duschen, Verleih. Etwas weiter findet man Altstadt und Restaurants. In 15 Min. erreicht man Trogir, in 30 Min. Split, man kann einen schönen Nachmittagsausflug machen.

Wir hatten mit 11 Personen einen super schönen Aufenthalt und das Meer war schnell und einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert!

The apartment was great for our trip to Split. It was in an excellent location and had everything we needed. Would recommend.

Our stay here was excellent! I couldn’t recommend it more, the apartment was clean, cool and spacious with a beautiful balcony. It was a great location walkable to both the beach and town with supermarkets right next door. The price is excellent. Jure the host was remarkable, by far the best air BnB host I have had. His communication and instructions made our stay very comfortable and easy allowing us to check in early and check out late around our flight times. Book this place for a great stay in Split.

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

Amazing hosts and a lovely place to stay!

Grandiose Wohnungsmöglichkeit! Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Das ganze Komplex ist sehr modern und schön gestaltet. Die Kommunikation mit Paula (und ihrer Familie) ist mehr als einfach. Sie sind sehr nett, herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Man lebt in einer ruhigen Gegend und kann sich sehr gut entspannen. Die Stadt ist mit dem Auto in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß kommt man an einen schönen Strand. Wenn man jegliche Hilfe brauchen sollte, helfen die Vermieter sofort und geben nützliche Tipps bezüglich Erreichbarkeit und weiteren Informationen. Wir sind sehr glücklich, dass wir hier untergekommen sind und würden am Liebsten nochmal kommen. 10/10 super Erfahrung

Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende vertskap. Fint med basseng tilgjengelig. Vi leide bil, og det er en kronglete vei ned til huset og delvis trangt med parkering. Anbefaler heller å ta Uber - det funket veldig bra. Følte oss velkommen og koste oss som gjester! Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.

Great flexible accommodation that suited our multi-generational family. Easy walk to old town and attractions and great bakeries! Lovely to have a splash pool in a town centre location too.
