Very easy to organise and very receptive to accommodating delayed arrival of guests/checkout, thanks for the stay!

Jelena and Duje are fantastic hosts nothing is too much trouble at all. The house is spotless and has everything you need and more we were even left toilet rolls, washing powder , foil etc Would recommend highly and would book again! Thank you for a fantastic stay in your beautiful home.

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

We had a great time here in Split! Lots of options for food nearby and a short walk to old town. 10/10 recommend this Airbnb to large groups travelling to Split!

Thank you very much Sara and Katja for a wonderful stay! We had an amazing time - the pool hot tub and sauna were really well maintained and with the weather and surroundings, it was bliss! The only complaint is we didn't stay for longer! So hoping to be back again soon! And truly appreciated the local recommendations! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious 4-bedroom apartment in Split. The place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our group. The location was great—easy to get around and close to everything we needed. After checkout, the host kindly helped us store our luggage, which made our last day much easier. Would definitely recommend for families or groups visiting Split.

Lovely place to stay!

Wonderful hosts and a wonderful villa. Exactly as expected and just like the pictures. The views are beautiful and the home is spacious, perfect for the size of our group. Check in was smooth and we even got to check in early. The facilities are great, however many of the towels did have dirt marks on them and therefore couldn’t be used until we had washed them. Breakfast was included which is a lovely extra touch, however it would have been better if we had the option of eating at the outdoor table rather than the breakfast room which was a bit dark. In all the stay was great and we would absolutely return again.

Beautiful villa perched in the hills above with a great view of the sea! Well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds! Very clean!

Very welcoming host, very clean accommodation, everything was perfect. Only small weak point, a little far from the center but very convenient by UBER, and also by bike or bus Convenience store nearby

We had a fantastic weekend ! Thanks to Pava a truly sympathic and chatty person ! 😂 He helped in many ways.. Jacuzzi are amazings, garden is big, and swimming pool was clean, temperature was ok for this period, house pretty clean, it would need some renovation here and here but in a general way its ok Very close to city center so interesting to avoid taxis ! Neigbourhood very peaceful, with basketball and football courts nearbye that we enjoyed Thank you

Mrs Ana and his husband are amazing people. They answer very fast and very helpfull for us. Mr Petar arranged transport for me to the airport and I could see nice view in Solin. I recommend!!

Location was unbeatable. Right in the middle of everything. Eugen was very nice and responsive but not overbearing. Apartment was clean and had air conditioning, which being on the 4th floor was essential. Couldn’t hear the neighbors in the building, but could hear what was happening on the street, which we didn’t mind. Would definitely recommend this spot for someone who just wants a simple, clean apartment/studio to be able to explore Diocletian palace and Split.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by the Zrinka and Miro and shown around the house. The pool was already heated at 25 degrees and the hot tub at 35 degrees. There were already some beers and soft drinks in the fridge for the first hours. Both arriving a little earlier and leaving a little later was also no problem and the house was exactly as on the description, we had a wonderful weekend. Certainly subject to repetition! Amazing villa and the whole house was so squeaky clean. The area was lovely and calm neighbourhood. Furthermore the host was brilliant and so easy to communicate with responsive messages quickly and always happy to help. I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks making our trip the best ♥️

The host were very friendly and the house was excellent with lots of space. The pool was a great size and the house was only a 8 minute drive from the center if split

We had a lovely stay at this property! The pool area was lovely and just as the pictures show. The separate apartments were perfect for our family of 12 to have some space/alone time and there was a communal kitchen to enjoy as a group. The host was so helpful and friendly leaving us some food when we arrived and she was very quick to respond to any queries. She put us in touch with a helpful taxi service who was always on hand to run us anywhere including to the supermarket and even helped load our shopping. The rooms were very clean and the pool was cleaned every other morning which was great. We would love to come back!

Ivan and his assistant Ivan also, were absolute stars,they picked us all up from the airport and any journey on our week stay they run us everywhere and even late return journeys they were on hand to pick us up. The villa is superb and peaceful and very clean. They offered suggestions for restaurants and bars and day outs. They were so friendly and a pleasure to meet. All our 9 had a great time and were sad at leaving. We will keep in touch and if you are thinking of going to Split make sure you book this villa. Ivan thanks for making our holiday a trip to remember,you were an absolute brilliant host and Ivan (driver) was a great reliable careful driver. We will miss you both.

Absolutely brilliant Villa could not have asked for better hosts Bosko brought round a tray of beautiful pastries from his daughter conformation which was a lovely touch Ana organised a driver for our airport pick up and drop off he was brilliant and organised our trip to the national park which was mind blowing he was so informative and polite Kaštel Stari the small town was amazing and everything was so close by the whole holiday was faultless 10/10 there was 6 well traveled adults on the holiday and all said Croatia is the most amazing place they have ever visited we will be definitely be back

Karmen & Josip were brilliant with communication The villa is huge and plenty of space for 2 families The pool and outdoor area including BBQ were perfect Very happy with our stay House rules may seem a bit much but actually are not at all and did not impact our stay The camera on the pool did not feel intrusive only things to note is one of the bedrooms is down some beautiful stairs by the pool area, separate from main house. This was OK for us. The view is lovely however if you look directly below there are abandoned cars. The area is having lots of work done, which again did not affect our stay but means some areas walking around have rubble piles. I would recommend this villa and the hosts are great

We really enjoyed our stay and Petar and his family were very helpful. The accommodation was well kept and the villa’s location is nice and quiet but only a 10 minute drive to amenities. Thank you for your hospitality.
