BRAND NEW apartment "SUNNY OASIS" in the center!

This sunny apartment is newly renovated, in the offer from 2018. In fact, this is a flat divided into two apartments with a common entrance and a hall, as you can see on the floor plan. There is an AC in EVERY SINGLE ROOM. It provides comfort at the highest level. The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the old city of Split. To make a long story short, it will surpass your expectation. Even though it is located in the heart of Split, the privacy and silence are guaranteed.

You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up.
