Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Split

We loved Matea's Stone House for our stay in Split. It was comfortable, very well equipped and close to the palace area while being very private and quiet. We shopped the green market every day while, also, enjoying her restaurant recommendations.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

We had a brilliant stay here - the house and garden are perfect and Marina is a 10/10 host.

Peaceful and friendly family property, it was a perfect accommodation for my girlfriend, me and our 3 dogs! There is even a little fenced garden, perfect for pets to let them roam. :) There is also a table in the garden where you can have a breakfast in the warm Split sun. The apartment is well equipped and spacious with several rooms. Thea made us feel welcome and safe for our pets and even treated us with homemade specialties. Would definitely book again! :)

Villa Karina was even more beautiful than the pictures. The inside of the house was well organized and clean. Loved having a washing machine and we just air dried clothes. The views were 10000% amazing and the grounds were immaculately landscaped. One thing to note is that because cars/taxis cannot go past the ramp, you have to pull your luggage down the road a few minutes and up the stairs to the house. This was a minor drawback to deal with as the house + views are worth it! Few thoughts on future improvements, if helpful: The shower drain was slow at times, so that could be an easy fix. The screen door and sliding door to the house were a bit tricky, so it might be helpful to get those adjusted as well. There were quite a lot of mosquitos, but we sprayed repellent and were mostly fine. Again, part of being by the water and we expected it. We will be back again as this house is a true gem!

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

Wonderful hosts and a wonderful villa. Exactly as expected and just like the pictures. The views are beautiful and the home is spacious, perfect for the size of our group. Check in was smooth and we even got to check in early. The facilities are great, however many of the towels did have dirt marks on them and therefore couldn’t be used until we had washed them. Breakfast was included which is a lovely extra touch, however it would have been better if we had the option of eating at the outdoor table rather than the breakfast room which was a bit dark. In all the stay was great and we would absolutely return again.

Beautiful villa perched in the hills above with a great view of the sea! Well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds! Very clean!

Very welcoming host, very clean accommodation, everything was perfect. Only small weak point, a little far from the center but very convenient by UBER, and also by bike or bus Convenience store nearby

Lovely villa with lots of activites inside the villa. Huge garden which was nice. About 15-20 minutes taxi to downtown which we had no issue with booking and was very cheap. Gordan was a great and friendly host, answered all our questions and had great recommendations. We had a great time at his villa.

Everything was perfect, Linda and her husband are excellent hosts and give good advice. I would 100% recommend this place!!

Great Host, great apartment. Great communication. Only thing was The beach area is still under construction. But it will be soon completed.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by the Zrinka and Miro and shown around the house. The pool was already heated at 25 degrees and the hot tub at 35 degrees. There were already some beers and soft drinks in the fridge for the first hours. Both arriving a little earlier and leaving a little later was also no problem and the house was exactly as on the description, we had a wonderful weekend. Certainly subject to repetition! Thanks to Irena for her apartment, availability and responsiveness The apartment is well located, take 25 minutes to walk to the old town and beaches Nearby parking as well as shops: tommy, restaurant, bakery... The apartment is very cozy, it feels like home, it's very well decorated with the main amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning and a superb terrace for an aperitif My friend slept particularly well, everything is together for a good stay in addition Irena is very responsive Thanks to my host

Great location. close to bus station, city center and beach. Very well equipped to even include beach towels. Host went out of their way to accommodate me. I recommend!

This property, conveniently located has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The details are exactly as the host describes and Marijana is very knowledgable about activities in the area - she helped us on numerous occasions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Split!

Great location and nice apartment suitable for 1-2 people for short period. Comfortable beds and well-equiped kitchen. A little mould on the ceiling in the shower. Also, it was not wiped under the beds. It was nice to have some basics in the cupboards like salt, pepper, oil and coffee. Even some washing powder in the bathroom. All in all, the apartment was a little dark due to very small windows and the outside window covers but l guess if you care you could open them. We were satisfied.
