Super responsive and friendly host. The apartment is super-clean bright and spacious. Highlights were the large wardrobes with hanging space, shelves and drawers to put your things, also a desk in each room for people who need to use a laptop. The bathroom was very nice, there is a seperate toilet. The separate kitchen is large and fully equipped. It’s very quiet at night. You can walk to Diocletians palace and the Riva in around 5 mins and the bus station in around 10 min. This is a great find I would definitely stay here again. 😍

We loved the vacation at the place. That was actually the cleanest Airbnb I've ever been to. The equipment is new and modern, everything necessary was available. Nearby there were a few restaurants and shops, the beach is also in approx. 5 minutes' walking distance. The contact with Anita and Zoran was extremely friendly, we were personally received. Checking out was also straightforward.

Gorgeous! The views from this appartment are stunning! You can see the water from the living room where we you can sit right by the window! We enjoyed the view every chance we got. But be ready to walk up few flights of stairs, that’s how you get the view! We were three staying and had plenty of room. The couch is pull out so we each had our own bed to sleep in. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked to cook dinner. The appartement is in a quiet area yet very close to restaurants and the Riva, great location. I would gladly book again.

We stayed as a couple in this apartment for 2 nights, as part of our trip to Brac island. Location, location, location…Fantastic location, situated literally 2 minutes walk from main area with bars and restaurants, yet very quiet. Port and main bust station are 10min walk across beautiful promenade Riva with all major bars and restairants. What we really liked: location in the Old town, yet pieceful, super comfortable bed, big screen TV with Netflix chanel. Our host was very respecive and gave us tips on how to make the most of our short stay in Split. Place is very nicely arranged and has everything you need, but really nice touch for us was toiletries ( even toothbrushes were there, which came very handy as my partner forgot his and we had very late check in). Marijana's apartment is located in the Marjan neighborhood but Split is within walking distance by walking along the harbor. A beach is nearby. The apartment is super well-equipped, full of small touches for travelers and is very comfortable. The small garden is a must for resting from the hustle and bustle of Split. Communication with Marijana is super pleasant. In June, we always found a place on the street. We had a great time!

We had a great time here. The room and bath are great, clean and we felt very comfortable. Also, there were some sweets and the possibility to prepare hot drinks. Sometimes you could hear the neighbours, but it didn't bother us. We would come here again...also it was a very friendly contact and we got some suggestions for nice restaurants.

We had a very nice stay at Nikolinas apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is still close to beaches and Split city center. You can easily walk to the mentioned places. Also, during summer it is so nice that the apartment is air conditioned and that there is a fan and dark curtains in the bedroom.

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

Really nice apartment, 10 minutes walk from one of the best beach clubs I found in Split, so, pretty convenient! We had some issues with the kitchen but Zdravka was so fast and efficient to answer that those issues were resolved super quickly! We are really happy with the time there and looking forward to come back one day! 😊

The apartment was great for our trip to Split. It was in an excellent location and had everything we needed. Would recommend.

Our stay here was excellent! I couldn’t recommend it more, the apartment was clean, cool and spacious with a beautiful balcony. It was a great location walkable to both the beach and town with supermarkets right next door. The price is excellent. Jure the host was remarkable, by far the best air BnB host I have had. His communication and instructions made our stay very comfortable and easy allowing us to check in early and check out late around our flight times. Book this place for a great stay in Split.

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

Amazing hosts and a lovely place to stay!

Great apartment option! The pictures correspond to reality. The whole complex is very modern and nicely designed. Communication with Paula (and her family) is more than easy. They are very nice, warm and very helpful. We felt very comfortable there. You live in a quiet neighborhood and can relax very well. The city is less than 10 minutes by car. Within 15 minutes walking you can reach a beautiful beach. If you need any help, the landlords help immediately and give useful tips on accessibility and further information. We are very happy that we stayed here and would love to come again. 10/10 great experience

Very nice and accommodating host. Nice with pool available. We rented a car and it is a twisted road down to the house and partly tight with parking. Rather recommend taking Uber - it worked very well. Felt welcome and enjoyed ourselves as guests! Happy to come back.

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.

Elena was a spectacular host. She picked me up at the airport and took me to her home. It was a bit difficult to find the first time as it is on a pedestrian street but we quickly found our way around It is 5 minutes from EVERYTHING.. the beaches , green market, the palace and old town … The patio and pool made a perfect place to relax after a long day sightseeing
