Tiny house holiday rentals in Split

I was in Split with my mother for a week and stayed at Milan and Ana's tiny house. I highly recommend this place and would book again anytime. There is everything you need in terms of amenities and is very nicely furnished. There is a Lidl 350 meters from the property and you can be on the beautiful city promenade Riva in 20 minutes. Check-in went smoothly, Milan and Ana were already at the accommodation and explained everything to us. The place was very clean and we even got towels for the beach. Milan was always easily accessible and responded very promptly. Due to the beautiful accommodation, the vacation went very stress-free. A big thank you to Milan and Ana for letting us stay at the tiny house.

We had a great stay at Borka's home. Upon arrival we were warmly and very hospitably welcomed by Borka and her partner. They had lots of fun and original tips for things to do nearby. The house itself was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal, just outside the hustle and bustle, but within walking distance of several beaches, the boukevard of Okrug Gornji and a supermarket. Nearby there is beautiful nature and there are nice visits to cities or villages (possibly by boat), such as Trogir and Split. Highly recommended for everyone!

Great spot to stay at, as central as it gets with free parking on premises. Walkable to old town, and to Marjan area. Very easy and flexible check-in and quality amenities. Absolutely worth the price, the place os very well taken care of.

All around excellent! Note for future guests: the noise from the street can be loud almost all night. However, we closed the windows and used the air conditioning and then had no issues. Super quiet!

Such a fun and gorgeous spot to stay! When you arrive you won't be disappointed by the breathtaking view of the Adriatic. It feels like you are in the wilderness with lovely plants, trees, and hammock, yet it's just a short drive away from Split. We immediately hiked down to a little private beach below and took a swim. The beach is a bit rocky but totally worth it. Gordan was very helpful when we arrived, he met us at a very close market nearby, and we followed his car directly to the Airbnb where we had private parking. He showed us around and gave us tips and a local restaurant to try. House is so cozy and with the breeze flowing through the windows very serene. We enjoyed our time here immensely!

It was a really enjoyable stay and I really loved the decoration of the apartment! Furthermore the apartment is very central making it very easy to reach the most famous spots by foot.

This perfect apartment with a fantastic, idyllic garden is the ideal place to find relaxation and tranquility. Several beaches are very close; Trogir is accessible on foot or by bus, Split by ferry or bus. Anja, her mother Ljerka and her husband are incredibly hospitable: fresh fruit from the garden, numerous recommendations for sights and above all their warmth enriched our vacation and made it an unforgettable time. We will always remember the dinner together with Dalmatian fish from the grill in a family atmosphere. We had a fantastic vacation there and were 110% satisfied with everything! We recommend the place to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet stay on a beautiful island in a very well-equipped apartment with friendly hosts hosts. We will definitely be happy to come back! Ivo's tiny house is all the rage! It is very functional but superbly equipped and as good as new. Everything that 2 to 3 people need is available. The highlight is of course the large clean infinity pool with a view that is second to none!!! You are in Ivo's house quite privately for yourself in the mountains, but you can reach restaurants and supermarkets within 15 minutes by car. Overall, Ivos accommodation is one of the best we have visited in many years!!!

We had a wonderful time in the house! We were almost free on the hill with a beautiful view, the jaccuzi was also really wonderful with the warm weather. This allowed you to cool off and enjoy the view. The air conditioning worked well, so we were able to sleep well. It is a large property so the dog could also walk around freely. Trogir and split are close and also other restaurants in Kastela. We were in the high season and here we could quietly retreat.

Beautiful and modern tiny house, clean and equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area is idyllic, the air conditioning ideal in hot weather. Everything as described! Communication with the hosts was straightforward and friendly 🙂

It's a gem. If you are looking for a tranquil and lonely stay away from mainstream and noise, look no further. Ilija is a wonderful host, and even though we did not get to see him in person, he communicated quickly and effectively, and was very helpful with any requests. The house is located away from any neighbours (the nearest neighbour is about 150m down the road), and offers breathtaking sea and sunset views from the balcony. It's solar powered, which means that when there was a general outage on the island for two days, we did not even notice it until we were told by Matko, Ilija's friend. The nearest beach, Mala Rina, is 5 min walk, while Vela Rina, the big beach, is 15 min walk. A local market and a bread kiosk can be found at the port, they operate limited working hours, and it's about 25 min to get there on foot. There is also a man selling tomatoes, potatoes and fish from his boat. So while you can get basic products and other stuff on the island, the choice is rather limited, that's why bringing groceries and food supplies is strongly recommended. All in all, it's a perfect holiday well worth repeating!

We had our own little island with a private boat. I highly recommend the accommodation. It was lovely.

A wonderful holiday in a fantastic accommodation! We can only agree with the very good previous reviews: a feel-good place to relax and enjoy. The house is very tasteful and well thought out. There is everything that makes a vacation pleasant. Chill in the magnificent garden directly on the sea, log fire in bad weather, barbecue, small quiet bathing bay around the corner, restaurants within walking distance of the harbor, beautiful excursions in the area. In addition, the very nice landlords, who always respond quickly and competently and value good and personal communication. We spent our honeymoon here and enjoyed every second. We will be back! Our host was super, friendly and very heplful. It was easy to contact with him by airbnb and personally. The place is quiet, close to the old town, shops and open air market. Outside shower is just amazing, very usefull when you want to grill shrimps in the garden. There is enough place to park even a big car. House is small but it's not too small. Air conditioner works good. House was clean. We're grateful for that two weeks in Trogir. We would come back again. See you Milano Italiano!

Could not have faulted the stay at this wonderful little Air BNB. Everything was as described, 2 minute walk from the beach and great bars and restaurants. I very much enjoyed my time here and hope to return to this gorgeous petite Croation villa.
