The house is located in a quiet area that guarantees complete rest without any noise or interference from neighbors. Villa was build in July 2017 and designed as modern but at the same time, combined with greenery and panoramic view on islands, provides the true atmosphere of the Dalmatian home. Aside from the splendid and elegant exterior, this villa also has a very beautiful and functional interior, ideal for holidays with family or friends. A special part of this villa belongs to its spacious terrace on the ground floor, which is additionally adorned with a green lawn, trees, plants and a beautiful outdoor HEATED SWIMMING POOL 33 m² with a shower. Beside the pool, there are several comfortable chairs which are simply inviting for relaxation. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea, islands and it has entrance to the beach. Also we provide outdoor barbecue fireplace. Within the ground floor of the villa, there is a comfortable living room, framed by the large glass walls, which can also be opened as an additional exit to the outdoor terrace with pool area. Next to the living room, there is a kitchen and dining room. One guest toilet, large wardrobe and laundry are also nearby on this floor. First floor is designed as a sleeping and resting zone. There are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two of them are equipped with double beds, and the third one is a children room with 2 double beds. The south-facing bedrooms with a double beds also has its own balcony with sea view. Also, guests have an amazing panoramic sea view of the islands and two UNESCO protected cities Trogir and Split, which are only 20 min away. The house is located in a quiet area that guarantees complete rest without any noise. Guests have access to whole property of 750m2: House 210m2, private parking and heated swimming pool 33m2, outdoor barbecue fireplace with wood and equipment. We will be available to our guests the whole time if they need. We can arrange for you taxi transfer from airport to our villa, also if you are interested we directly cooperate with agencies that organize trips to the Krka Waterfalls or boat trips to the islands of Brač or Hvar Villa Blue Bay is located in a peaceful area on the shores of Kaštela City with the sea close by. The center of Kaštel Kambelovac is only a short stroll away. It takes 20 minutes to drive to Split and Trogir which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Villa provide comfortable stay for 8 persons in the main beds and 2 extra beds in the living room. Smoking is allowed in the living room and kitchen but is not allowed in the bedrooms.

Split has a great geographic location, so it is easy to make one-day trips. You have different possibilities, to visit islands by ferry or just take some of the touristic boats which are organizied as daily trips. It is possible to visit national park of river Krka (near Šibenik) or you can book rafting or canoeing in river Cetina (near Omiš). If you are interested in history of Split I definitely suggest taking a touristic guide, who will show you the most interesting parts of the Diocletian palace and tell you how locals live and think. Green garden with big pool area and flowers. 1 master bedroom with separate bathroom and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. They are very laid back and enjoying their retirement. They can be as present or absent as you choose. Their English is not 100% but they know how to use translate programs. Stroll to the beach in 10 minutes and to restaurants in twenty. The home sits in an authentic Croatian neighborhood, steps from a little harbor.
