Great communication and great place. The parking spot in the garage was very much appreciated. The space was bright and clean. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. Was centrally located to our needs and activities. Clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, clear instructions. Peaceful setting on the lake. We would stay again on our next visit.

Place was exactly as described. Worth every penny for the amenities. Would recommend if you are taking a long road trip and need a night to relax or if you are local and just need a night of relaxation. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Danny was an amazing host and we really enjoyed our stay in this location. He was a very responsive, friendly host who helped a lot with any concerns we had or questions about our stay. We felt very comfortable, even with having our infant son with us on his first vacation, and Danny helped with making sure our trip was as peaceful as possible, even going so far as to help us resolve a parking issue to make it easier on us late at night to re-enter the building with our baby. The space was beautiful and clean, and fully stocked with toiletries, hygiene items, and kitchenware. There was also plenty of space for us to set up a portable playard bed for our infant who is not old enough to sleep in a regular bed. The wifi was great and we were very close to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit, such as the zoo and Newport aquarium, and we were close to lots of good food. We were very happy with our stay and would happily stay in this property or others Danny has in the future.

Spent my birthday at the property! Lelia took great care of us and the space was awesome. We plan to come back!

Stayed for two night for a wedding, the place was very clean, amenities as described, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. My dogs, partner and I had a great time walking to nearby parks. I would definitely stay here again!

Tyler was a gracious host. He was very responsive and flexible. the apartment was adorable! we loved the furnishings and the beds were super comfortable. everything was clean and we loved that there was popcorn and hot chocolate available for us.

The house was spacious and clean. Plenty of amenities and there were no issues. Heather is a responsive host and provided clear directions.

Our stay at Melissa’s home was amazing! She is proactive in providing direction and provides extensive information on the home making everything so seamless. The amenities are outstanding and have more than you could ever imagine available! We loved spending time in the downstairs Bourbon Bar and playing all the games that are available! The kitchen is fully stocked with the tools needed as we ended up having 2 in home dinners so we could enjoy the space after long days hitting the distilleries. Could not recommend staying at Melissa’s home enough and will definitely look to rebook on our future trips to Bardstown!

Ran into some issues with the amenities, the host was quick and responsive to remedy the situation. This was a good location for a golf trip with several golf courses nearby.

This property is so beautiful and peaceful! We went with our family of four and my parents. My dad is struggling with mobility so David allowed us to drive him to the pond to fish. My family really enjoyed the scenery, farm sounds & beautiful home!

The Bard House is THE place to stay in Bardstown! Well appointed, comfortable, fun, and pretty much perfect. The beds were nice, the rooms large and comfortable, the kitchen beautiful and well-stocked, and in a great location. Every picture was spot on accurate and the place was immaculately clean. Laura was responsive with questions, and we had zero issues. The Bard House is perfect to access downtown Bardstown, walkable to everything, including the farmers market, and an accessible hub for all of our bourbon adventures! We loved the backyard and the provided games (darts, shuffleboard, and cornhole). Would absolutely stay here again!

When I say this is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, I mean it. The house and its location exceeded our expectations. We were actually put in the biggest pickle having our vrbo host cancel on us last minute and Mallory came to our rescue BIG time. The house has old southern charm and has been beautifully updated with top notch amenities and decor. There was nothing this house didn’t have. Charm, privacy, and a home away from home vibe that everyone wants when they travel away. The location was great too! Close to the bourbon trail and for the kids in our group a 3 minute drive to Taylor Belle’s ice cream shop which they LOVED! If you’re looking for a no worries place to stay, stay here. Mallory was very responsive and helpful and a superb host. I will be telling everyone we know about this house and boy do I hope we can come stay here again in the future.

Very clean interior and well taken care of property. Bed is quite comfortable. Appliances and electronics are high end. Amenities are great and had everything you could ask for. Thoughtful touches and complimentary items are highly appreciated. Overall 5 star Airbnb.

Property was accurately described. Location was a quick drive to many restaurants and shopping centers. Hosts were flexible and easy to communicate with.
