The home was warm, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was spotless upon arrival and thoughtfully arranged—clearly set up with care and attention to detail. Bobbi was incredibly kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, even leaving a few special touches that made my grand babies smile. Communication was smooth, and she was always quick to respond to any questions. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with easy access to a beautiful view, with fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and a relaxing around the fire with family. We made great memories here and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing family-friendly stay

This place was so beautiful and comfortable for a small getaway with my kids! Took my sons fishing for the firs time and we caught some bluegill and returned them back to the water! So cozy and comfy the view was so comfortable and pretty! Only thing was the ants, it wasn't too bad , and there are things there to rid them. They did not bother me! it made sense, the area is pretty much secluded in the wilderness so that's what it comes with sometimes! We loved it and thank you for welcoming us! Also letting us check in early day of check in ! If you work from home on your stay I would not recommend , there is wifi but not strong enough ! Regardless I loved the stay , the place, and how respectful and friendly you were!

Great place to stay in a great area. Scott was always responsive and had good recommendations of restaurants. Instructions were perfect and forward thinking on issues some guests could run into like using the shower or the location of the thermostat. Will be staying again when we are back in the area.

We loved our long weekend at the cottage! It was such a peaceful setting that allowed us to relax and recharge. The lake-view from the deck, in the morning and evenings was awesome. It was a little too chilly for water activities, but we look forward to returning in the summer and taking full advantage of ‘lake life!’ The host was so accommodating. We loved the location in proximity to the daily activities we were doing-Creation Museum/Newport, visiting distilleries in Frankfort and the local Ark Encounter.

Such a cute cabin on the water front! Had everything we needed! We go every year now for a long weekend and plan on coming back!

Our stay was a week at the end of May 2025. The Cicadas were loud and active. The heavy rains and high lake levels caused logs and debris to basically block our dock so we couldn’t use the provided kayaks or paddle boards… just Mother Nature. We did enjoy a couple of bonfires in the evenings with plenty of firewood provided. S’mores were also supplied along with forks. There were a lot of sitting areas on the porch and decks and yard. The cottage was clean with a spacious living room and kitchen, lovely decorated with plenty of dishes and linens supplied. There is a dollar store and an ice-cream store 10 minutes away. All in all our family enjoyed this cottage.

This place was a great place to have a mini vacation for Spring Break. The ponds had ducks, geese, fish, and a cute otter that was always swimming around. We saw the goose nest and the next day there were her eggs. The boys loved hiking around, fishing, and doing s'mores over the fire pit. The house was decorated nicely and had plenty of space. There was an amazing game room that I must have forgotten was included, so it was a wonderful surprise for the boys. We went to the Children's museum and to a Trampoline Park. Ate out a couple times and cooked in a few times. Overall, this was an amazing trip thanks to the property, amenities, host, and the fun activities Indianapolis had to offer.

If you are looking for a remote getaway off the beaten path, then this is for you! Clean and fully furnished house right on the water has everything you need to relax for days. If you don't feel like going anywhere, bring your meals because you are a little ways from civilization. If eating out is more your style, use Tanya's helpful guide to order take out or eat in an area establishment. Tanya is helpful and responsive; she offered clear directions for getting there, checking in and out and everything in between. We traveled in the off-peak season so the outdoor area wasn't fully opened for the summer, but we made do using the provided air pumps and cleaning supplies. We would definitely recommend this for a quiet, relaxing respite from the chaos of busy everyday life!

Can’t say enough about our family getaway at this home, great communication from our host Sara, easy to work with, responsive and helpful throughout our stay, every convenience we were hoping for and more, peacefully private with dock and boat ramp nearby, some kayaking, fishing, relaxing campfires and memories for a lifetime, even a few visits from the sweet neighborhood pups, would definitely stay again, thank you for everything Sara.

We LOVED Tracy's cottage on the lake!!! It was SO INCREDIBLY PEACEFUL, we didn't want to leave. Our absolute favorite part was the screened-in deck; we spent all our time at the cottage out there, even when it was raining! We live close to many lakes at home, yet we couldn't believe how quiet this community was. The cottage itself was squeaky clean, organized, and labeled so well. We could have just relaxed at the cottage the whole trip, but everything we wanted to check out (the Ark, Creation Museum, Beans, Hansie's, downtown Williamstown) was close and easily driveable. We'd come back in a heartbeat! Tracy is a lovely, generous, responsive, and all-around excellent hostess!

Our family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful cabin on our visit to Kentucky. With the screened in porch and back deck, it was a great space for us. The cabin itself was cozy and warm. We felt like we were staying at a friends house. It was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever had in an Airbnb as well! Great for cooking, grilling and baking. Every time I reached out to our hosts, they were quick to respond and help. I highly recommend the new pizza place on the corner too! It’s only open on the weekends, but it’s a great spot.

This place was beautiful the wood finish was brethtaking just the weekend we needed the host was awesome they really did think of every detail me and my husband loved this place and would definitely stay here agin

Stayed here for a winter work retreat with 12 people. Communication was good, had some Internet challenges upon arrival but the owner resolved that very quickly! It’s an old hunting lodge, so if you don’t mind being one with nature and need loads of space, this is your place! The listing is very accurate, so read carefully- lots of stink bugs and japanese beatles. Thank you for a great stay, it met our needs (and beds are very comfortable)!

There was 8 men from 62 to 75. Played golf all week, cooked at the cabin. Very private, comfortable, beautiful. We all loved this Airbnb. One of our best stays from FL to TN and back to Indiana. We've stayed in several Airbnb we loved this one. Thank you, Apolonia,

This place was perfect for my wife and I to get away and have a relaxing weekend, fishing and exploring the area. Would definitely recommend this location for a couple or small family. We would definitely return.
