Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Southern Indiana

This has got to be one of the most gorgeous Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in.. in fact.. can I buy this apartment!? lol! It’s beautiful! Easy entry, has everything you need, charm and décor were top notch, location was close to good restaurants and bars, also close to Newport for shows, parking was safe and easy. Seriously, I want to live here!

Great location. Nicely laid out apartment. Though we didn’t use it much, the kitchen was well stocked; most spices and even some food. They supplied a bottle of wine and some water bottles which was nice. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. Nice closet, comfortable bed. Comfortable furniture in the living area, lamps (not just overhead lights, which is a pet peeve). Ashley was very responsive the few times we reached out, and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. I was a little confused by the Key Cafe which is how you get your key at check in, but probably because I was unfamiliar with it. There is an app which goes with it, but they also supply a code which is easier to use. The building where the apartment is located is very upscale and welcoming. There’s an honor bar for snacks and drinks, a number of businesses in the building, and a pizza place / micro brewery at one end of the building.

Brandon and his team were hugely communicative via text, which is actually my preference, and I appreciated his assistant really helping me out w a specific ask that I had, Kayla went above and beyond, big kudos to her!!! Would *absolutely* stay there again if I ever make it back to the Derby!

What a sweet location just outside of Greensburg. A perfect mix of city and country! The owner lives next door and has a flower business on the other side of their home. The kitchen had everything needed to get started on your day——even half a dozen farm fresh eggs in the fridge! There were plenty of towels for our family. We highly recommend their place for a peaceful getaway while you’re taking care of business in the Greensburg vicinity!

We came to Lexington for the Railbird Music Festival and the house was perfect. Location was convenient with quick Uber rides to the venue and restaurants. Walked to Doodles for breakfast (delicious food) and overall the neighborhood was quiet. Nice amenities and enjoyed the Bartesian. We will come back again!

Our family certainly enjoyed our stay. The home is clean and comfortable in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again on a future trip to Indianapolis.

This property was exactly as described and very clean. Amy and Andrew are wonderful hosts and were flexible with our accommodations. Easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We only needed a place to stay while our main home was having repairs done but we weren’t disappointed. Would consider again in the future!

Stayed her for a bachelor party weekend tied to going to the Indy 500. Great place which was very comfortable for a party of 8. Pool, hot tub and fire pit area were a big plus. Very responsive hosts who were super flexible with our preferences and quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay. Great to relax after a long day at the Ark Encounter! Very clean and accommodating. When we come back to visit the Creation Museum, we'll be staying here again. Thank you so much and God bless!

Great location that was perfect for our family weekend in Indy. Street noise was a little loud from celebrating the Pacer's win, but that didn't bother us! The pool was perfect for our kids and we had a great time staying here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. SUCH a great place to stay in Indianapolis!!! It was super walkable to everything, and it had such a great view. Perfect location. Really quick and helpful responses from the host as well! Checking in and out was super simple and straightforward and the unit was very clean and just like the pictures!

Would highly recommend. The location was fabulous! Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. One minor thing is there is a missing blind in the room with pull out bed, so a little bright from city lights when sleeping.

Our recent stay at Chris & Chris' house in Cincinnati for a family wedding was awesome. Communication was always proactive and provided the right level of detail. I'm sure if we would have had questions, they would have responded quickly. We just never had any issues with the property. The location is awesome with a lot of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. I will happily stay at the property again if we find ourselves back in Cincinnati in the future.

Brandon's place is top notch. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make sure guests can live comfortably. Features like the Roomba vacuum, an adjustable bed, and wireless chargers aplenty set this place apart. The appliances are new and clean and the cabinets are stocked with plenty of cooking tools. We didn't have any issues and the hosts were responsive when we reached out. The location is very convenient to the Aronoff Center with a Kroger less than a block away. We will definitely look for this listing when we are in town again!

This is our favorite place to stay in Cincinnati. The view is amazing, check out the rooftop deck for sure. Edward's places are always very very clean, stylish and well stocked. Lots of space for all your stuff. Close to CCHMC! Thanks for a great stay!
