The best place to stay in Brighton! We absolutely loved our stay here! The unit is just across the beach. Owners are kind and communicate well. Zero issues on check in and check out. The home was lovely and well-managed! We will definitely be back :)

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! Thank you for having us stay at your place. The location was ideal for our time in Melbourne and very convenient to the arts centre and the city. We loved being able to walk to the National Gallery of Victoria to see an exhibition and into town. It was easy to walk to the tram to St Kilda. Even though we were on a main road, the traffic noise was no issue at all at night which was fantastic. It was much more convenient for us to be in an apartment and to self cater than a hotel. It was also really good to have the second bathroom. Being school holidays and Easter I had a concern about finding something well priced but this option worked out well for us. As our son said it was much better than a hotel room. This apartment is a good base for a family when needing to be close to the city.

I could not have been happier with the stay Lorraine and William provided. Everything was exactly I needed, and it ticked all the criteria I look for in an AirBNB. I would happily come back and pay for a second time.

Myself and three friends had a fantastic stay at Katie’s place – it was perfect for our needs. The location is spot on, just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. Katie was incredibly responsive and we really appreciated her flexibility with check-out. Highly recommend – we'd happily stay again!

Our family loved Anna’s space. She was so kind and helpful! It was a perfect size for our group of 5. Situated near a tram stop that’s in the free tram zone. We have visited Melbourne many times but this is by far our favourite stay. Super convenient and met our needs of open space for our toddler to expand her energy. Clean apartment and accessible!

A stunning view and great spot!

Great place, clean and perfect size. The location is great, you are close to train, bus, shops and to the beach. The noise from the main street is there, so be mindful of it. We stayed for 5 night so we didn’t really mind , our daughter slept in the back bedroom so it was ok. But it’s a noisy area (cars passing ) from 7:00 am til 8:00 pm so it can bother someone. Over all we had a lovely stay and it was perfect for what we did. Thank you to the host for taking care of us.

We loved this house!!! Lauren has done a beautiful job of furnishing and decorating this old 70s house. From the front, the street appeal isn't great but that doesn't matter at all once you enter. It's VERY spacious, stylish, comfortable and homely. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, Lauren even provides multiple towels for each guest which is so lovely when having a longer stay! It's the small, thoughtful touches like this that can make a huge difference.. There are books and games for both kids and adults alike. Lauren is so helpful and friendly, and was always quick to respond. Despite being an older house, we can't fault our stay, we absolutely loved it and would happily return. Thank you so much Lauren!!

During our short stay in Dandenong for a basketball tournament, we stayed in this lovely home that was ideally located near shops and adjacent to a local park, perfect for the kids to play. The property was spacious, well-kept, and offered a nice sense of privacy. Our host, Chamila, was so accommodating and attentive, always ready to answer any questions we had, which truly made us feel at home. Overall, our stay in this great location was an enjoyable experience.

Beautiful comfortable home in an amazing location. 50m to the beach, right near a tram stop and heaps of cafes and restaurants all in walking distance. The home is gorgeous with every amenity you could think of, coupled with a host Sian that can’t do enough to make sure your stay is perfect. The amount of extras that were supplied was next level. One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot. Highly recommend this property.

Spotlessly clean springs to mind. We appreciated the provisions in unit for our use. Very comfortable with modern decor. Great views. Proximity to restaurants trams is amazing just a few minutes' walk away. Would recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would choose to stay again if the opportunity arise.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

We truly enjoyed our family stay here ... it felt like a cosy home away from home! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. From kitchen essentials to laundry facilities, everything was thoughtfully provided, making it so convenient for a travelling family like ours. The panoramic view from the apartment was absolutely stunning~~ A daily "wow" moment for all of us! Watching the skyline change from sunrise to night was one of our favourite parts of the stay and made for some unforgettable memories. Just a small note for future guests: there is only one heater unit located in the living area, and the bedrooms don’t have separate heating. That said, the host provided plenty of extra blankets so we were still warm and cosy throughout the chilly Melbourne nights. It wasn’t a problem for us at all, but worth being aware of. This was a perfectly located apartment. An easy access point for the city and eastern suburbs. Great view, quiet, well appointed. Over the road from a big shopping centre and plenty of eating options. Loved it!!!!

Angel Was an amazing host and her place is wonderful and in a great location. Private for relaxing and also close to entertainment also. Good for kids and would highly recommend.
