Great apartment in a great location. Check in was easy. Apartment was very clean and had everything you would need. The fitness centre is well equipped with a Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam Room. Great views from all rooms being on the 12th floor. Highly recommend

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jasmina’s beautiful apartment. The location is easily accessible to public transport and the apartment is as described. Jasmina was super responsive and was kind enough to give us a later checkout. I will definitely look to stay at Jasmina’s apartment next time I am in Melbourne.

David’s apartment was fab. I was there for 2 weeks and felt like a true local. It’s such a cool building with the large ceilings and warehouse vibe. It’s steps away from the station, right next to all the great eats of Swan st and just such a great vibe. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle, it’s mostly a quiet place, with the usual day-to-day sounds from the upstairs neighbours now and then. It’s an old building so it’s to be expected. It was pretty chilly weather when I stayed but the reverse cycle warmed it pretty well. Also it’s really equiped for long term stays. The washer/dryer was fab, great kitchen and Coles is 5 mins walk away so you’ve got groceries close by. Oh and Hectors Deli is 1 mins away, great for Sunday pastries and coffee! Great accomodation with very thoughtful details! Amazing views and right in the heart of Melbourne CBD! Place was squeaky clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others too.

We loved staying at Sean’s apartment, it’s large and comfortable and in an interesting part of the city. As it’s so handy to the train station I wondered if we’d be bothered by the noise but no, it’s super peaceful. Would love to stay again!

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

It’s our second time staying at this apartment - 1.5 years after our last trip to Melbourne in Nov ‘23. We chose this location as it’s close to Prahran Market and Coles/Woolies. It’s been maintained pretty well, clean, comfortable and tidy. Grateful for the extra blankets and little amenities like soaps and laundry detergent. No regrets coming back 😊

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

A lovely home, great hosts and location. A great location and base for exploring Melbourne with multiple coffee shops in close walking distance and a 10 minute stroll to Carlisle st with a Coles and cafes etc. We chose this accomodation as we used to live in the area and it was very central to our family and the wedding that we were in Melbourne for. We did hire a car as we needed to visit family daily and finding parking was never a big issue, however trams and a train station are close too. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house had everything we needed as a family to enjoy a sunny, but very cold Melbourne. We had a lovely stay and look forward to next time.

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful small home, so clean and bed linen immaculate. Beds so so comfy. Really felt safe, the street has elderly long term owners. Very quiet and safe area. I’m big on cleanliness and this was 10/10. Def staying again. Kitchen facilities brilliant, did all my cooking with good quality pots and utensils. Bathroom is awesome, love the view. Cant fault. Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! We loved our stay at Ivy Street. It had all the amenities we could need & we loved the 2 separate living areas, which allowed everyone to relax in their own space. It was clean, spacious & peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a fabulous stay. The apartment is in a stunning building looking directly onto the South Melbourne Market. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and the underfloor heating in the bathroom a luxury. The bedroom is very peaceful and quiet ensuring restful sleep. It’s a very beautiful apartment. I really appreciated the quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend a stay.

The location is good, centrally located in Melbourne. The place is clean and convenient and comfy. It was easy to check in as Rui and Narathorn came to deliver the key to me and showed us the unit and made sure everything was in place before they left. I would highly recommend this place

The outdoor entertainment area is a standout feature, offering beautiful views and a great space to relax. Communication with Dave and Nat was smooth and prompt. Selina’s place was just as beautiful as the photos promised. The location, overlooking Queen Victoria Market, was perfect! Central and convenient, with easy access to everything whether on foot or by public transport. The view from the 45th floor was incredible, such a unique perspective of the city. We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.
