Holiday rentals with a patio in South Padre Island

Great place to stay! Very close to everything. The best shower I have ever had. Water pressure was amazing after a long day on the beach. Would recommend Monica’s apartment and definitely would stay again.

Last min Trip, but everything worked out! This place had AC and fully working! The pool was fun for the kids! This place was also clean and our host was helpful and friendly! We enjoy our stay!

My family and I had a great stay over Father's Day weekend. The place is on the first floor so it was easy for us to walk right outside and down to the beach. Gorgeous sunrises every morning! Weekend summer fireworks are easily seen from the property. We would recommend and will definitely be back.

Clean, spacious, comfortable. Extremely walkable location to cafes and restaurants. Loved the pool and beach access! Parking was conveniently located.

It was such a nice place to stay while we were on our honeymoon. They were so sweet to even get us flowers and wine to celebrate. The place was clean and perfect for what we needed. The area was perfect. We enjoyed it!

We had an amazing experience staying at this condo! The instructions were super clear, but what truly stood out was how immaculately clean everything was. It honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. Major props to the owner and the cleaning team for the level of care and attention! The attention to detail was impressive; for instance, the kitchen was spotless, and even the sponge was brand new! We had nearly everything we needed to cook and bake, and the provided coffee grounds were a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We came prepared, but the condo had us covered beyond expectations. We've never used but there were even beach essentials like chairs and a volleyball. Without a doubt, the condo was the best part of our South Padre trip. While we weren’t too impressed with some of the overpriced restaurants in the area, if we ever return to South Padre, we’ll definitely be booking this same condo again. Thank you for everything!

I had a fantastic stay at SPI! The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and especially loved the private beach access. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and easy. They were friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The amenities were a nice touch; the condominium has a great pool, basketball court, playroom and more. It really felt like a home away from home. Would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

This was a perfect little air bnb. The host was always responsive and kind. Our teenage kids had a great time. It was a great location with nice community pool. Scooters were a fun perk.

We had a awesome time and their place was just like the pictures listed. Lots of things to do and see. We enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back.

We loved our stay at this cozy beach Airbnb, and so did our pups! From the moment we booked, the host was very communicative and responsive. The house was easy find and access, and best of all, only a short walk from the beach! The host provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, grocery / convenience stores, as well as beach rentals / activities. The house was clean with well stocked bathrooms and kitchen, including plenty of dish soap / cleaning supplies, body wash, shampoo / conditioner, and even extra individually wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste. The AC unit worked well to cool the house, and the dogs loved cooling off on the tiled floors after a day at the beach. If you have pets, want to be close to the beach, and require a backyard, this place is a no brainer!

The most amazing, homely stay we have ever had! The amazing view, the quietness, the huge pool, and friendliness of the community were the best highlights. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this stay, our dogs had plenty of room to play and discover, my baby niece had such sweet moments looking out the ocean view, everything was perfect. Our host Amanda was super attentive and replied within minutes to any texts I sent, also provided extra details throughout the weekend to help our stay run even smoother. Will definitely be coming down again!

What a great find Cynthia’s place was! Quiet neighbor and close to everything! Bed was super comfortable and absolutely loved the bathroom! It was great having a fenced yard for our dog too! Cynthia is a great host and very responsive! We cannot wait to go back and stay here!!

Condo was just right for our family of 5! Pool was literally right around the corner. Great place for a family. Family friendly pool and beach. Mario our host was always very responsive and kind. Priced reasonably and had the best of both worlds with huge pool and beautiful beach within walking distance. We will be back!

It was a great place. My family and I were comfortable and the kids had plenty of things to do. I love the fact that we were so close to the beach. At was literally less than a hundred steps and we were on the beach.
