Holiday rentals with an EV charger in South Padre Island

Amazing spacious property, very clean, with a breathtaking views of the bay and the beach. The decoration of the place makes you feel completely in a beach oasis and it is very well equipped with all you can need to feel like home. The complex had a beautiful pool with easy beach access. Host is great at communicating and quick responsive and the front desk service was very helpful. It was our first time at SPI and our family had a wonderful time…will definitely come again!

Great location on the south end of SPI. First floor accommodations were extremely convenient. Nearby restaurants Dirty Al’s and Sea Ranch are two of our staples for all our annual South Padre trips. The host was proactive and responsive. Highly recommended.

The building is very nice, the apartment is spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment layout is very friendly, there are beautiful views of the ocean, and the interior decoration is very tasteful. Everything was amazing!!! Thank you so much 100%

Very Nice and clean! Great views! Huge bonus: beach gear and wagon! Fully stocked kitchen, great wi-fi, washer and dryer. Comfy furniture. Condo has nice amenities - gym and movie theatre where you pick the movie. We were a little surprised no windows in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom - simply the way the layout of the condo. Perfect location and added bonus great views for the SpaceX launch too. We have added to our list to stay here again when in South Padre.

So glad I stumbled across Sylvia & Rey’s place. The 26th floor had an amazing view, the floor plan was accommodating for my family & I, the location was accessible to everything, and Margarittaville being next door was a bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvia and Rey’s condo. It is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped for cooking — the kitchen had everything we needed: pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, even paper and cloth towels. The AC worked great, and there was a washer and dryer available for use. There was also a small clothes drying rack, which came in handy. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom with a shower and sink, which was super convenient. The condo has two balconies — one facing the ocean and the other facing the bay. In the storage closet, we also found a few beach toys, including a couple of boogie boards. Sylvia and Rey were amazing hosts — very responsive and helpful. One thing worth mentioning (which has nothing to do with the condo) is that during our visit, there was quite a bit of tar on the beach sand. To clean it off your feet, shoes, and beach cart wheels, I’d recommend bringing special wipes or oil-based cleaner. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Sylvia and Rey’s condominium was perfect for our family trip to South Padre Island! We really loved having 2 balconies. . . gulf and bay side! Beautiful large pool with a shallow area for grandchildren. Easy access to beach 🏝️ Sylvia and Rey were very responsive to any questions!

We had an excellent stay at this property. Daniel was a great host and met us when we arrived to ensure the onsite EV charging was available to us. This property worked out really well for our stay and we will look into staying here again the next time we are headed to the Rio Grand Valley.

This was probably the nicest Air B & B I’ve ever stayed at. Very nice, great location, everything worked besides a ceiling fan & ice maker which management provided a portable fan. This house is very close to the beach with a very nice pool & hot tub. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice and comfy Condo. Great location and the interior of the condo was decorated tastefully and the kitchen was very well stocked which is always very important to us. Communicating with our host was easy. We had a great time. Do note, the Condo complex feels a bit strict at times: coolers are not allowed near the pool and there even is a very graphic sign of what is considered a reasonable "Bathing attire". The Condo complex seems a bit old and is currently undergoing construction at one of its wings.

Great Mother’s Day weekend. A few issues with the lights (breaker) but it was fixed ASAP. We had a great time in the heated pool and a nice night by the grill. Always our go to when we want an escape from the hustle and bustle. We will be back! Thank you again.

Fabulous! Private, quiet, and what a beautiful view. All the small touches made a difference: beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage so you can head out for the day. Close to everything: 25 minutes to the beautiful beaches on South Padre Island, 15 minutes to grocery stores, 5 minutes from the pool and clubhouse. You can walk in the gated community for miles. We came for a quiet getaway and it was perfect. Comfortable beds, comfortable and spacious living spaces. The host was so responsive when we needed anything or had questions, and came over within minutes to show us how to use something. Highly recommend for your trip down here!

The house is perfect great location , the house is clean and up to date loved the decor. The pool and hot tub very clean and the landscaping is beautiful. The house has everything you need to prepare meals . My family loved that it had everything you needed for the beach. We loved that it was walking distances to the beach . The house even had games and a game room . The rooms are perfect and clean. The location is also very close to restaurants and ice cream shop . The neighborhood was very safe. Jaclyn was an amazing host she was always there for any questions we had . She made us feel at home . She was very helpful in everything we needed. This home is the best Airbnb we have stayed at and Jaclyn was a very amazing host !!!! We will be back next year for or family vacation!!! Thank you very much !!! I will recommend this place to friends and family. You could not ask for more with this house and the host.!!!!!

Great place to stay if you're looking to soend some time on the beach. No more then a 5 minute walk from the beach shore and no more than a 10 minute drive to everything on the island. Candace was always available if we needed anything and checked to see if we needed anything. Thanks Again!!!

Beautiful condo in the Sapphire Condominiums. We stayed here for three nights and it was lovely. Pictures were as described and the view was stunning. Something to note… Make sure to bring your own beach towels and confirm where you should check in. We got a notification to say we need to check in at their offices, when we got there we were told to check in at the Sapphire, it was a frustrating process after a 5+ hour drive.

This place is super convenient for the beach, just a short walk. The bedroom setup is great for families.

This place was amazing! What beautiful views! The building was really nice and had everything our family needed. Right on the beach, big nice pool, close to gas stations and restaurants. Could be happier with our stay!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The property is exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly maintained. The host is incredibly reasonable, welcoming, and never overbearing, making the experience even more enjoyable. The amenities are top-notch, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy outdoor seating with breathtaking ocean views. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning beachfront access, this is the place to be. I can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning!

From being friendly greeted when you walked in by receptionist to opening the door to our room, everything was beyond our expectations. The pictures of this condo was exact, the views beautiful, atmosphere you felt right at home yet on vacation. The decor spot on and beautiful, the beds comfortable for all, the accommodations were very accommodating, had everything we could need to get us started with our stay that we may have forgotten from toiletries to cooking, and everything in-between, I was impressed. The host, very responsive, polite, and helpful, was a pleasure to book with. My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) had an amazing time here, made many memories, and would highly recommend staying at this condo. Thank you Luxury Rentals for a wonderful stay.
