Holiday rentals with a fireplace in South Padre Island

We had an excellent stay at this property. Daniel was a great host and met us when we arrived to ensure the onsite EV charging was available to us. This property worked out really well for our stay and we will look into staying here again the next time we are headed to the Rio Grand Valley.

What an amazing stay! I have to say Zaida went above & beyond to accommodate all our needs throughout our stay starting from the very beginning. She really is a great host! The pompano house really was special and our multigenerational family really enjoyed our time there. The kitchen provided for all our cooking needs. It’s a great location for a nice peaceful stay that is still close enough to all the action. We are already looking forward to a return trip

Edgar and Fernando were great! The home is amazing from top to bottom! Loved the area, the environment, and the location. Literally A block from the beach. Great place to have a good time and just enjoy your vacation. Patios all around the home so you can enjoy the scenery on different levels. The house came with many cooking items and an amazing pool area just a stair case down from the main living room!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rod and Rosa’s place, and we’re so happy that they were dog friendly. Our pup LOVED their big back yard. Rod and Rosa were quick to respond to the questions and needs that we had. Keep in mind the sub tropical climate in south padre warrants the occasional unwelcomed rodent or guest but we thoroughly enjoyed the property and would absolutely stay here again. Very nice location to free beach access and all the nice bars and restaurants in south padre

Sherrie's place is a sanctuary of creativity and beautiful amenities. It is a unique space filled with treasures Sherrie has carefully curated, and it was an honor to have her share this with us. The location was terrific, within walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and stores. We have traveled extensively, but this was our first visit to South Padre Island. We have stayed in Airbnb all over, and this, by far, was one of the best! She is also a very attentive and kind host. I accidentally scheduled our departure, and luckily for us, she worked that out with us.

This is a great property. It was perfect for our family's summer vacation. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and safe. The beach is right out the back door and really nice. Great for all ages. The kitchen and bedrooms are nice and clean as well. We will be back!

Such a great home for my family while we waited to close on a home. The house was very well prepped for our stay and the host communicated very well with us. We’d book it again in a heartbeat. The back yard was perfectly private and provide my toddler with a great space to run around and play. The best tacos I’ve had in a long time are about a 1-minute drive from the house. Close to Walmart and HEB made it a very convenient place to live for an extended stay. The host allowed to extend our stay later than we thought and gave us plenty of time to check out. I recommend this home to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable, and private place to rent.

The place and location were great. It was clean and comfortable. Loved how close it was to the island and great restaurants/stores. Solomon was very attentive and responsive.

Everything was great!

We had an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding — our host was attentive and responded fast. The property itself was spotless; every room was impeccably clean and clearly well cared for, which made settling in so easy. The view of the bay was absolutely stunning — we spent countless hours just sitting on the dock, taking in the peaceful water and gorgeous sunsets. For anyone who enjoys fishing, this place is a dream. Bay fishing was just steps away, and we had great luck catching trout. Overall, this Airbnb offered the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and outdoor fun. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the place! It was on the first floor which was great for my mom who has trouble climbing stairs. Very clean with pretty decor that made it feel like home. Only downside was how tiny the pool is, however it was expected because the pictures from listing are accurate so I wasn’t disappointed. Close to beach access and beds were comfy!

Gloria was a very friendly and gracious host. The location was very clean and easy to find. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming down to brownsville. It’s quiet with high speed internet overlooking a golf range.

Excellent stay and facilities

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The water view was absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing mornings with coffee or winding down in the evening. We loved having easy access to fishing right from the property, which made the trip even more memorable. The home was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the outdoors!
