Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We especially loved the pool area, and I wanted to specifically mention how much we appreciated the canopies providing shade. It made spending time by the pool so much more comfortable, especially during the hottest parts of the day. They were a truly thoughtful addition that greatly enhanced our enjoyment. Wonderful, spacious place. The kids had a great time playing games in the garage and everyone enjoyed the pool. We would stay there again. Jessica was very responsive as a host.

This definitely is a good Airbnb and has all the qualities you look for. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple, and possibly even 3 friends if one sleeps on the couch. The place is right next to Beach Access 11 and I was able to walk to the beach within a few minutes which was a huge plus. There’s also bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, and it’s centrally located. The hosts are fantastic and were very helpful and you can tell they care about making sure you have a good experience. Definitely make sure you take your own soap and conditioner. Didn’t expect there to not be any or would have brought my own, and is the first Airbnb I’ve ever seen where they don’t have shower essentials. They only had a small travel size shampoo there so I used that as my everything for 2 days. Regardless, I would recommend and would stay here again.

Extremely pleased with the place. Was as pictures and description listed. Obvious that the owner maintains and takes pride in the place. We were only 2 people so not having a second bedroom was no issue. Would be tight to have more than 2 people as there would be very limited room to have the sofa bed open. What is lacking in space inside is more than made up for by the beautiful and spacious decks outside. We loved taking the chairs from the upper deck down to the dock area for breakfast or just to sit in the evenings. Emiro responded promptly to a couple of questions upon our arrival. We would DEFINITELY want to book this place again when we return!

We loved everything about this place! Definitely a gem, it was my 1st time going to SPI & we were literally across the bridge which made it easier to get around and it was just around everything which made it easier for us. The place was beautiful looking over the water. Def will book again, when we come back. Thanks Carlos!

Brena and Jaime were great hosts! We had an amazing weekend away and they made us feel right at home! Both of them were super responsive, friendly, and helpful with everything. The place was clean, tidy, and just as described. The dock 10ft from the back door was a great bonus to the place. Easy access to a local public boat ramp just a few blocks down. We were able to keep our boat tied up worry free all weekend! Would definitely stay again!

We LOVED our stay. The house is so cozy and location is amazing. the pool is perfect for our family with 2 young kids. The backyard is so private, tropical, and you can hear birds all day. we swam nonstop and made many trips to the beach. The beach is just steps away from the house. We had travel issues at the airport and the host was so accommodating and helpful is a stressful situation. we made many memories here and hope to be back!

Great place to stay, very peaceful. My favorite part was sitting at the front porch enjoying the weather.

Will totally stay here again! The pool and hot tub are great for windy days when you can’t get to the beach. Amazing location and just an overall great spot to stay. We love SPI and found our new getaway spot. Daniel was responsive and helpful especially at 3:30 am when a severe storm rolled through and knocked the power out.

Kathleen is a super host! she always responded promptly with any questions we had. House is a nice beautiful block walk to the beach. Will definitely recommend her beautiful home. Kitchen could have had a few more things but was adequate.

What a beautiful home to spend a week at the beach while also working remotely. We decided last minute to take a quick road trip and Jenny and Kenny helped us make it happen! The house was pristine and way more than the two of us needed. I guess that just means we will need to come back and bring family and friends with us. We LOVED the pool and the fun games in the garage! We pretty much walked to the beach one or two times a day with our pup. They had everything we needed and more. Also, their communication was top notch! Thanks for an awesome time at Sandy Nudes!

Centrally located, but just far enough away from the densest part of SPI. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable.
