Beachfront holiday rentals in South Padre Island

This was a perfect little air bnb. The host was always responsive and kind. Our teenage kids had a great time. It was a great location with nice community pool. Scooters were a fun perk.

Fantastic beach house! Comfortable, clean, spacious, with an unbeatable view of the Gulf of Mexico. Access to the beach was as convenient as it gets. They have beach toys & ice chest for use. The ambience and decor was like being in the mind of a deep sea sports fisherman, which was so cool. The owner also offers guided access to their boat for an extra fee for cruising or fishing. I wish I’d noticed this before! I would have loved to arrange this. Next time! I would definitely rent this home again.

We had a wonderful time. The house had lots of space for my family of 14. It had 2 refrigerators, which was a big plus for us. We enjoyed the pool and all the extras. Hope to be back soon.

Great place to stay. Had tons of kitchen supplies, beds were comfy! Not far from the beach, you can see the bay from the balcony and close to everything. Definitely will be contacting Erika again when we come.

Condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. Great location and right on the beach! Dora was very responsive. My wife and I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to the Island.

We had a great time despite bad weather. The condo was clean, lots of great kitchen supplies and overall very comfortable. The complex could use a little tlc as it’s showing its age but overall a nice stay.

I highly recommend Monica's condo if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation. She is a great host and responds to quickly to questions. My husband and I traveled to SPI for a quick getaway. The first thing we noticed when walking into the condo is that it was spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is a corner unit with a large balcony where we enjoyed spending our evenings listening to the waves and one evening watching fireworks. Some of the previous reviews mentioned that the elevators were slow. I only noticed this during check-in because multiple people were checking in at the same time. Other than this we didn't wait long. The condo is located next to stairs which was also a convenient option. To sum things up, we had a great time and would love to stay at Monica's condo the next time we return to SPI!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! It’s even closer to the beach than it looked in photos! Beautiful view as soon as you open the door. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop and home had everything we needed. WE LOVED THE BATHROOMS IN EVERY ROOM! The garage was big enough to park an suv in which is not always the case. Jennifer was really helpful and answered all of my questions

Spacious outdoor seating, amenities are great so you don’t need to overpack for the beach. Great walking distance to the beach and to dollar general. Had a great time with the family.

The building is very nice, the apartment is spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment layout is very friendly, there are beautiful views of the ocean, and the interior decoration is very tasteful. Everything was amazing!!! Thank you so much 100%

My favorite part was the balcony and the views! The condo was great. It had everything that we needed. It was clean and well kept. Brittany was a great host. We would love to come back.

Recently stayed at this location and we loved it. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. He was checking in while also giving us our space. Great host highly recommend.

The condo is beautiful with a very well stocked kitchen. The location is ideal for quickly and easily getting to the beach and going to the Waterpark. We were also able to watch the SpaceX launch from the balcony and the living room. Would definitely try to get this place again if we come back to SPI.

This place looked right out on the ocean. The place was the perfect size for my husband and I. The entire place is clean and very quiet after 10 pm. It was easy to get to the beach, and there was also a pool and hot tub. There were lots of choices for places to eat. We really enjoyed visiting the turtle hospital and bird sanctuary.

Karyn was a godsend when we showed up to SPI and had to find a new place last minute. She was very responsive and flexible to ensure she helped my family and I. The space was clean with lots of amenities and a beautiful patio that overlooked the water. If it wasn’t off season there would be no way her place was available. I’d highly recommend staying at Karyn’s!

Great central-SPI location with easy, direct, access to the beach. Great Oceanview balcony too.

We were expecting the pool to be completed which was sad but Nik (host ) refunded us a portion of our fees to compensate due to pool not being ready. And was even gracious enough to pay dinner for us (we are so grateful) . The place was beautiful , clean and was stocked with all the essentials we needed throughout our stay . The layout of the home was so nice !! Thanks Nik !

It was a great place. My family and I were comfortable and the kids had plenty of things to do. I love the fact that we were so close to the beach. At was literally less than a hundred steps and we were on the beach.

We had an incredible experience at Alex's place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—it felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy linens and beach toys for our kiddos. The location couldn't be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made our mornings trek to the beach effortless. We loved being so close to the gulf while still having a quiet, peaceful place to return to. Communication with the host was exceptional. They were quick to respond, super helpful, and provided clear instructions for check-in and local tips that really enhanced our stay. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is so it is available the next time we want to come back. (hahaha) Honestly, we can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely return in a heartbeat.

Awesome 12th story condo, with an amazing ocean view. The condo is updated very nicely, and everything you need is provided for you. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Lauren was a fantastic host. We would stay with her again if we were to visit south padre island again.

We loved everything about this place from the extremely comfortable beds, the bay view and dock perfectly suited for our paddleboarding adventures, and the proximity to the beach, which is about a 10 minute walk. Will definitely recommend!

A fantastic experience. Everything was exactly as advertised, top notch cleanliness and Richard left us equipped with everything we would need for our stay. Let alone how awesome the location was. I plan on coming back to South Padre and I certainly plan on staying at this location again. This was a much needed vacation for my girlfriend and myself, so we more than appreciate the quality of our stay. Thank you!
