“This place is awesome! My friends and I loved staying here. It’s close to everything, the neighborhood is great, and the house itself is really nice. The hosts are really nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for anyone’s trip to Houston, especially if it’s your first time going.”
The apartment is exactly two miles from downtown Houston, and it's a five-minute walk to the MetroRail line bringing you downtown in 15 minutes. We're close to the city's Mexican "Restaurant Row" on Navigation Blvd., and to the burgeoning "EaDo" nightlife scene. A second floor apartment, it's filled with wonderful natural light filtered through massive trees. The historic "Eastwood" neighborhood was developed in 1915, and has a number of classic and important Houston homes.
“David and Michelle are great hosts! The listing is very accurate and they are very quick to respond to any questions or needs. The area is very nice, largely residential which was nice for runs. The local food places were fantastic and anything you would need is close by in Houston! I stayed for a few months and never had an issue with the neighbors or the property at all. Would definitely recommend!”
