Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Large patio set with brand new comfortable chairs. A large grill (charcoal) for outdoor cooking. Deck fully remodeled with night fishing lights and a cleaning area. Community Access to pools, tennis, golf, small library, billiard tables, basketball courts, and gym. Non-smoking residence, no pets allowed. Parking space for 2 cars or 1 truck and car. No parties or events allowed. Definitely NO smoking inside the house.
