Monthly Rentals in South Hill

We stayed at Nancy's place for Cornell graduation weekend. The location, while a couple miles from downtown (which is still quite close - 5-10 minute drive), was actually ideal for avoiding traffic and gave us options to get to the campus. The place itself is great - perfect for our weekend getaway to Ithaca. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom with plush towels, and plenty of space in the main living area. We enjoyed our stay, and wouldn't hesitate to rebook when we return to Ithaca.

I loved staying in the apartment. It was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. The apartment was so clean! I appreciate all the nice little things such as being stocked with bathroom items (soap, shampoo, etc.). That comes in handy when traveling with just carry-on bags and can’t pack many liquids. The kitchen had all the necessary cleaning items and dishes. I was so busy during my stay that I barely had time to eat. So, the snacks in the apartment were a blessing! All of these things made my stay so comfortable and I really appreciated it during my hectic weekend there! I will definitely book this apartment again on my next trip back to visit my family and highly recommend it to others.

This is my second time staying at Evan’s place. It is a great setup for a getaway with friends or for a family - plenty of space to hang out, but also nice bedrooms for resting. We were in town for Cornell’s reunion and it only took us about 10-15 minutes to get to campus each time. Evan was also super helpful with the EV charger and answering our questions.
