Monthly Rentals in South Bend

David was a great host, and the property was perfect for my visit to Notre Dame. It was an easy walk to campus. The place was very comfortable and well-maintained. I would happily stay with David again.

Beautiful air bnb amongst historical homes in South Bend. Really cool, quality furnishings. Felt like I was staying in someone’s home rather than a temporary place. Highly recommend.

A very comfortable place to stay I was in town working for a month and it was very pleasant and comfortable close to where I was working close to anything you would ever need and if I had questions or needed anything Quality was right there very helpful and friendly I really appreciate everything thanks again

Looked exactly like the pictures but you must use a key fob for EVERYTHING, which is frustrating at times. If you are scared of spiders, stay off the balcony. I still gave 5 stars because it is not their fault for the spiders, but there is definitely a huge nest underneath because we did use the broom and clean all the webs off when we arrived but that didn’t fix the issue.
