Monthly Rentals in Sorrento

What a gem the Ocean Rose is. We were travelling with a large group (5 couples, 3 children) and this home was the perfect spot for our trip. It's about 50 mins from Acadia which was a bit further out than we wanted to be but the home's location more than made up for the extra drive. We enjoyed daily walks to the bay (literally 500 ft from the house) and utilized the kayaks at the house to take out into the water. Tip: BRING YARD GAMES, we had a blast playing whiffleball in the mornings. The home definitely met our needs. Plenty of kitchen space, cutlery, etc. We did a robust grocery trip prior to arrival and ate at home most meals. George let us know that it might be a little tight with 10 adults + 3 children. The loft above the garage was utilized for 2 of the adults and does not have interior access to a bathroom (you have to go outside into the main house). It worked okay for us just something to keep in mind. This is a kid's paradise - filled with toys and games. Perfect spot!

Kelly's cabin was a very quiet and peaceful place where we were able to enjoy the beach right on the property, watch the sunset and the changing water levels on the shore. The cabins are about a 45 minute drive from Acadia and Bar Harbor which are a must for a long or short vacation in Maine. Our cabin was simple but had everything we needed and Kelly was very responsive with any questions we had.

Lillebo is in a beautiful quiet location. It is a welcoming, comfortable house with lots of good information about the area, with toys, games, and books for all ages. The screened porch is an especially tranquil place to relax and listen to the birds. Will was friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Super clean place and very responsive host. Beautiful views from the house, we found it to be a such a peaceful place to stay. Had many games for kids and adults and all the amenities we could possibly need. Note; we weren’t too fond of being asked to pay $150 for an additional hour (late checkout) but was able to find an alternate solution. Overall very happy with the stay.
