Monthly Rentals in Snohomish County

I have stayed at Joshua and Marissa’s place a few times and it’s always been easy, clean and convenient. I plan on staying there again and getting to know the area better. The unit is always spotless and as described. They are great hosts and are very responsive.

This charming bungalow is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood only 5 minutes from the historic downtown part of Snohomish (great shops and restaurants!) and an easy drive over to Everett to see our relatives. We loved the Craftsman architecture of the house (built in 1912!) on the outside, and the careful way it has been restored inside. They have kept the beams, wooden doors and built-ins, but completely modernized the kitchen into a bright, spotless, efficient space. We only needed to use one bedroom but the bed was extremely comfortable and warm with a very good mattress and cozy, top-quality bedding. When we had a couple of questions, Josephine answered promptly. The grounds around the house are absolutely beautiful and well-kept. Everything was lush and blooming! It would be so nice to sit outside in nice weather. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches such as having the heat and a light on for our late arrival, on a chilly day, and providing some sweet treats!

Erin was an outstanding communicator, their place was exactly as advertised and the location near vast hiking trails was a bonus. Plus, the fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies were such a treat!

Came here with 2 of my friends, incredible spot if you are looking to be close to beautiful mountains and hikes , we were about 15 minutes from major towns and grocery stores, woke up to the lake and Mountain View which was awesome! The spot itself did exactly what we needed, we kayaked caught some trout and had a good spot to sleep every night . Only thing I would change is the futon pull out couches are not the comfiest, we are in our 20s so we were perfectly fine. 10/10 would stay here again
