Clean, comfortable and inviting place to stay in an superb location in the Catskills -- short drive to Woodstock and Phoenicia, for shops and restaurants, and short drive to trailheads for hiking. Everything from linens to cups and glasses to the complimentary coffee was top notch. Friendly hosts! Seamless stay. Highly recommend!

Kates place was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway! We enjoyed hiking in the area, a friends wedding and just the quiet in the mountains. Would love to stay again!

This was by far the most beautiful/ peaceful bnb we have EVER seen. Anthony was so communicative and responsive. The location is like a dream; a babbling brook runs right behind the barn (you can hear it through the open window), fell asleep to it every night. There is a gorgeous meadow next to the barn where 10-12 deer eat from the field in the early morning at sunrise. The place was spotless and completely updated. Comfy bed, all the amenities you need. The private fenced in yard was amazing for our frenchie to run around. The patio/fire pit area was so nice to sit and relax in. You get your own designated parking spot and a secure trash dumpster that latches outside. We just got home and already miss it. Thank you so much Anthony + family! 10/10!! ❤️

I stayed at Rachel’s cottage outside Phoenicia from April 1 thru the end of May. The cottage and its location is charming with many original details intact. It’s been tastefully renovated in an English country style. Outside across the road there’s a tributary to the Esopus river that adds another layer of peacefulness. Altogether the cottage and its surroundings are very hard to come by. If it’s available I highly recommend that you rent!
