The cottage was exactly as described and met all our needs. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The cottage is easy to find and the flexible access was very useful. Can highly recommend.

2nd time staying here and it was even better than the first with the driveway being finished. exactly as described and only a few minutes from a dog friendly beach. Everything is walkable. house is spotless and secure garden.

Lovely little cottage in a beautiful part of the country. The owners have managed to squeeze a lot into this well-equipped little place. Very convenient location for exploring this corner of Norfolk, especially for the nature reserves on the coast.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and absolutely charming—perfect for our family of five. The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Lovely cottage, as described. We stayed a week and found it very comfortable with everything we needed. The welcome pack and home made cake was just what was needed when we arrived!

We stayed for a week and everything about this accomodation was perfect for us and our 2 small dogs. The house was very clean, modern, very comfortable and thankfully cool during the warm weather we had. The host Jeff was really responsive in communication's when we first arrived but as we had no issues all week there was no need for contact but I'm sure if there was any problems they would be resolved quickly. The house is a perfect base for exploring Lincolnshire and great for walks in the local area especially along the river Witham. We wouldn't hesitate to book this accommodation again.

Peta’s flat was exactly as described.Lots of room for 5 people which we had at end of our stay. Details were sent by email and were very detailed in every aspect. The hi light was the beautiful garden with furniture we could use. Our family had a big occasion for a member which Peta noted. I would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to others.Excellent

Thank you very much for everything Margaret. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and you had thought on everything - the breakfast food was a lovely touch too. A very comfortable stay indeed. All was as described and a very central location to enjoy the area. We thoroughly enjoyed a meal out at The Royal Oak, Heckington - a great recommendation.

Chose this place slightly randomly but am so pleased we did! Perfect location minutes from the castle and cathedral and lots of lovely places to eat with an amazing view. Had everything we needed and the bed in particular was exceptional- big, comfortable with lovely bed linen. Often that’s the bit that can let a place down but not in this property. Lincoln is a brilliant place for a weekend visit- so much to see and do. And our sons jumped on a train from London and joined us for the day too as an added bonus! We took the free walking tour which set us up well but I hadn’t imagined there’d be so many lovely shops and art galleries too. Plus live music and theatre and cinema and of course the beautiful music at the cathedral (I went to choral evensong) Thank you Valerie- will be recommending to everyone!

Overall, the stay was very good and extremely convenient. It was perfect for 2 infants under 2, we managed just perfectly in the delightful apartment.

We had a great stay at Mark's place, excellent value for money and perfectly situated a very short walk from the beach, pier and arcades as well as being close to the Cleethorpes town centre. Mark was very communicative and was very helpful, providing extra bedding when we requested it on the same day. We would definitely recommend to friends/family and we will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The annexe is beautiful, with wonderful decor and so well designed. Very comfortable bed so we had a great sleep each night. The bathroom was fantastic, large and roomy, with a bath as well as a shower. The hosts were so friendly. Green Haven holiday park is a peaceful location with lots of trees and a fishing lake. Such a fantastic location! We went to the Bricklayers Arms pub just down the road for lunch and really enjoyed it. There are also numerous nature reserves within driving distance, including Gibralter Point. We can't recommend this highly enough, we loved it here.

Great Airbnb for a weekend away with everything you need within the apartment. Living areas are comfy, the kitchen has everything you need and Guy was friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay here again

Another lovely few days in Woodhall Spa. A fabulous location right in the town near to everything you could need. The apartment is beautiful and fabulously quirky! And the treats left by Harriet make for a special break.

Great hosts, quick response to questions, in a beautiful peaceful spot 10 minutes from town. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Aiden apartment was a great find, ideally situated for Hunstanton beach with local shops close by. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated and has easy parking. Nice touches included a welcome gift and helpful local recommendations. I would highly recommend this apartment for couples visiting Hunstanton.

This accommodation is a little gem. Everything we could possibly need was there. The location was great, within walking distance of all amenities. The flat was well appointed with quality linens and lichen goods. Definitely our number one pick for this area and we will be returning. ☀️

Jeanette was an exceptional host and Laura’s Loft is the perfect place to stay when visiting the heart of my home county. We stayed for the British Superbike round at Cadwell Park and found it the perfect place, a real haven after a day of work, noise and chatter. I would highly recommend Jeanette’s little Wolds haven and would definitely stay here again should the chance arise next season.
