Exactly as pictured and described. Mark was a responsive host and gave clear, concise instructions for finding the property. Overall great value for money and I would have no reservations in recommending!

Lovely place to stay in Skegness, the only thing I would have liked extra is hand soap and shower gel so we didn’t have to buy when we got there but there were towels provided and tea and coffee! Easy to find, clear instructions and fast responses from the host. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again, thank you!

Had a fantastic few days in Cleethorpes visiting from Australia to see family. Gill's place was lovely and couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with my parents, my wife and two children for racing at the local stock car track. It was just what we needed with plenty of parking. A short walk to fantasy island with plenty to see and do. Communication was excellent, when I receive my race dates for next year I will book again.

Friendly, peaceful and spotless. Five minutes or so stroll to the beach.

The views from the place are amazing! Very easy to find with the instructions given. The place was very clean and tidy. Walking distance to the beach and amenities in town. Would definitely look to stay here again

Just back from a few days away in their Cleethorpes flat. Cannot fault it, perfect location with fabulous sea views. Great sized flat, spacious( 1 adult 2 little ones in our party). Pristine, modern and great facilities. Any queries I did have the hosts responded very quickly and were very helpful. Beds perfect if you love a soft cosy bed with super soft pillows. Would love to visit again soon. I've thing to note, which wasn't a problem for us but there are stairs to the flat and then stairs to the attic bedrooms so just be mindful if you have mobility issues. loved it, thank you for having us. 😊

We just had a wonderful stay in the caravan. It was perfect for what we wanted. The caravan had everything we needed, and more! Lovely welcome package from Samantha when we arrived which was a really lovely touch.

A great short getaway at Glen’s place who was a lovely host and took time out to meet us and show us around. Felt very comfortable. A lovely, quiet and safe location with a lake. Plenty of ducks wondering and roaming around. Overall Glen’s lodge was clean and tidy, we were also left with a few goodies along with eggs and milk. Would definitely recommend for couples and a small family of 4!

Our 2nd stay here for Tim and the cottage was as delightful as ever, Rachel is a wonderful host and the cottage is beautiful. We will def be back.

My wife, mother and I had a fabulous time at Joanne's home, it had everything that we needed. everything was within an easy walk, pubs restaurants and the beach, just what we wanted. we would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to stop in Cleethorpes

Stunning, peaceful, secluded woodland location. Beautifully furnished, thoughtfully equipped and spotlesslessly clean. Lorraine and Wayne were friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Exceptional hosts and perfect accomodation. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Norfolk including a very friendly dog.

Great Location and base for Norfolk Coast. Just like the Pictures and very light and airy place to stay in not far from Brancaster Beach, the place anything you need to make very enjoy stay if staying in or Eating out. They’re also very good keep in contract and make sure anything is ok. Highly Recommended.

We stayed at southview caravan park in a lodge which was fantastic. Instructions and attentiveness from the staff were great. There were no problems or issues to ask for help about. Full bedding and utilities was incredibly helpful as was decent WiFi. Lodges/caravans often suffer from being cold, but not here as the heating and AC unit were excellent. The park itself had a lot going on and was only 10 mins from beach. Make sure you confirm which park activities are going on as some don’t run out of season. Overall, This was a very pleasant stay and can’t fault travelnest.

we are a group of 6 friends and just spent the perfect weekend away here. Natalie was a great host, the house was spectacular. All the small details were beautiful, the garden overlooking the lake was lovely and the hit tub was such a great treat. The little extras like slippers and bathrobe just made it perfect. Everywhere was clean. We are already planning to return next summer.

Adrian’s place is stunning clean and bright with beautiful furnishings..really feels like home from home ..amazing sea view from the bay window where you can sit and eat breakfast and watch the world go by …fully equipped kitchen with everything you need ..the flat is huge with a long corridor ..lots of space and storage in the cosy bedrooms ..the bathroom is lovely with a great hot shower ..we especially loved the quality thick towels that smelt fresh ..the little outside space is a sun trap .so nice to sit out there with a cuppa ..we slept well as it was extremely quiet and peaceful at night ..Adrian was on hand if ever we needed anything..we really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend to friends and family ..we will definitely be back for another stay ..location is perfect less than ten mins to walk into the hustle and bustle..also round the corner there’s a shop 5 mins away and a bus stop bang outside the flat ..this place has it all

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed time on the beautiful clean beach, ice creams from down stairs, so peaceful and relaxing with plenty to do for the little one and the dog! The cafe, restaurant downstairs is ideal great bonus with lots of choice, we are already planning our next trip can’t wait to return ! Thank you very much 😊

We had a lovely couple of days at this property. It was beautifully clean with all the essentials including breakfast and ice for an evening drink which was a lovely touch. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Location is perfect for anyone wanting peace and quiet, close to a number of beaches and places to eat. We will definitely be coming back 😊

This lovely apartment over looking the sea is well worth a visit. Clean and tidy and reasonably priced. I will return when i'm next in the area

Jeanette was an exceptional host and Laura’s Loft is the perfect place to stay when visiting the heart of my home county. We stayed for the British Superbike round at Cadwell Park and found it the perfect place, a real haven after a day of work, noise and chatter. I would highly recommend Jeanette’s little Wolds haven and would definitely stay here again should the chance arise next season.
