Wow!!! A truly amazingly spacious house. Just spent 4 nights there celebrating my 60th with the family. Simon and Mandy met my husband as he arrived to go through everything. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. Literally home from home. There was 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and with so much room we could spread out. The children loved being able to run around and of course the pool!! The men thoroughly enjoyed the games room every evening especiallythe pinball machine. Us ladies chilled in the lounge room with a wine. We asked if one of the double single rooms could be made into a superking and the hosts were only to happy to oblige. The house was exactly as described, in fact better! Located in a rural quiet area. Spotlessly clean too. Bath towels supplied were so soft. The hosts kept in touch and answered all my messages promptly. Can't think of anything to fault as so perfect. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hill Crest House.

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

The cottage was exactly as described; modern, warm, comfortable bed and lounge, every amenity that could be required, and tastefully decorated. Secure courtyard and surrounding fields ideal for my dog. Great host. Highly recommended.

Jean is a great host- very welcoming, clear instructions and interesting local recommendations. Waterside Retreat is in a smashing location, right on the small lake, close to the country club. The lodge is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your holidays and more. We also used the gym- it was well equipped, had a delicious Sunday roast at the country club and walked the dog along the nature trail and to Tydd St Giles- surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful. Uber-eats delivered to our lodge, no problem. Also, it was an easy 1 hour drive to Cambridge to soak up some culture. Overall a great Easter break, in a fabulous lodge.

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

A really lovely lodge in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was so well equipped; had everything you could possibly need and more - the welcome basket and additional extras were very thoughtful and made such a difference. The owner was incredibly helpful with excellent communication and everything was exactly as described. We hope to return next time we visit family in the area and would highly recommend.

A great short getaway at Glen’s place who was a lovely host and took time out to meet us and show us around. Felt very comfortable. A lovely, quiet and safe location with a lake. Plenty of ducks wondering and roaming around. Overall Glen’s lodge was clean and tidy, we were also left with a few goodies along with eggs and milk. Would definitely recommend for couples and a small family of 4!

We had a wonderful stay at Benjamin’s Airbnb! The house is beautiful, recently renovated with modern amenities, and immaculately clean and tidy. The surrounding area felt very safe and peaceful, yet it’s conveniently close to main roads, making it easy to get around. Benjamin was a fantastic host – very friendly, with clear and helpful instructions throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!

As soon as we saw the Garden House we relaxed straight away, it is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery and birds. Isabel’s handbook had lots of information and great instructions to walk around the estate and meet the sheep. The welcome pack was superb! Thankyou! We slept so well with the bird song waking us. We did venture out but it was great to get back to the comfort of the Garden house. I met Isabel who is a wonderful lady. We do hope to be back again Mary and David

What a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation was spotless and beautifully decorated, so private and peaceful. A great location, wonderful places to eat and drink. I didn't need to contact Liz for anything as it was already there or the information had already been forwarded to me. I certainly got the feel that if I needed anything Liz would have been on hand. I would definitely recommend and 100% will be back it was just perfect ❤️

Had a lovely long weekend here. The house was spotless modern, spacious, with comfortable sofas and beds. The shower was good and towels were provided. There was space to park our 2 cars easily and it was walkable into Chapel St Leonards (10 mins to mini supermarket, 15 mins to restaurants, pubs, take outs and beach).

Highly recommend this beautiful chalet for a visit to the Fitties in Humberston. This is our 3rd visit to the Fitties, which is already a very special place, but WOW, this chalet is really something special. The open kitchen/living space is absolutely flooded with light and the views onto the dunes are just amazing. We visited in late May and shallows were zooming around all evening. The listing was just as described with all you could need for self-catering. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens and bedding all of the finest quality. we did struggle with WIFI and reception- however this seems a problem across the Fitties anx we actually enjoyed the disconnect and embraced it. if you're going to work you may struggle but to relax and unwind it was perfect. 2 nights just not long enough. Hosts always kind and responsive. We hope to return! Thank you.

Fantastic house, lovely and clean. Good value. Enjoyed sitting in the garden in the sun listening to the birds and the sheep! Games room was well used too.

From booking - checkout Michelle & Steve were the most amazing hosts. Incredible communication, flexible with check in & check out & very personable. As for the property, it’s gorgeous. We were a family of 5 adults and the house suited us perfectly. It’s finished to the highest possible standard with everything you could ever need (and more!). The personal touches gave the properly a very luxurious feel. Thanks so much! Should we return to Spalding in the future, we’ll be sure to be back x

Daisy's is located brilliantly, easy to find, walking distance to amenities and Snettisham is a beautiful village. Both the cottage and the village had everything you needed. The cottage was clean, the beds were great, the shower was great and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch as well. Fallon was hands off, but responded to queries quickly. We were allowed a late check out, which made our weekend even more special. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The apartment was in a quiet, calm location. We celebrated my dad’s 70th birthday and Easter and there was 6 of us in total, 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment was set so we could spend time together but also plenty of room to shut a door and have our own private space, almost like 2 apartments in 1. The outside space although small was enough for the children to play and have a coffee at the outdoor seating. The WiFi was strong in the dining room but struggled in the other rooms. Lovely village pub, which does a great carvery too! Deb was lovely and we hope to stay again!

Very enjoyable stay. Incredibly convenient for my visit to the theatre, as I was staying for an extended stay Annie was proactive in making sure I had extra linen and information to make everything as smooth as possible. There was a heat wave this week but the place stayed cool thanks to good ventilation, and blinds installed throughout the place. Whilst being incredibly spacious, the place still felt comfortable and homely, thanks to the thoughtful layout and furnishing.

We had a fabulous holiday, Olive house deserves 6* rather than 5* rating. Beautifully presented property with a lovely garden and walking distance to the beach. Nicola provides everything to ensure you have a great stay and suggested some good restaurants. We had a wonderful lunch at Socius in Burnham market which is a nice little town to explore. Highly recommended.

Joelle, Rob, Alan and family are wonderful humans whose cottage is the very definition of rustic charisma (shot through with beguiling French accents). With a convenience store a 2-minute walk away, the post office across the street and a pub just around the corner, the cottage offers a step back from the world without feeling cut off from it. (The WiFi, for the tech-enabled, is also exceptionally good.) I was sad to end my stay early due to a natural disaster on the premises. I would unreservedly recommend this accommodation minus that once-in-a-lifetime aberration.

This was one of the nicest places I've stayed in for some time. It felt like staying in a boutique hotel. The house was very spacious and even better than in the photographs. Siobhan thought of everything to make a stay our stay with a family including a baby and dog perfect. The beds were super comfy and we appreciated the lovely bed linen. And soft towels. The kitchen was really well equipped and included a few dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Everything about the house made it feel homely and a perfect place to stay.

Beautiful home, the pictures don’t do the garden justice. Plenty of lovely beaches. The hosts are lovely and very helpful.
