The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sandy beach and prom and is only two minutes walk from Cromer’s famous grade II listed pier. It stands on a busy, little street with independent shops and cafes, is opposite a pub garden which can be busy in good weather so there will be some noise at peak times . Breeze is only a few steps from the path down to the pier forecourt and the beach which has its own surf school . It is ideally situated for everything that Cromer and the surrounding area has to offer.
