We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

We had a wonderful stay here, felt right at home. Plenty of space for the 6 of us, comfortable sofas and beds, plenty of towels for the hot tub. The surrounding area was beautiful with a short walk to the lake. The hosts came back straight away with my many questions and we are getting a date sorted to book back in next year. One point to make is that there is pub down the road that although google said was open, it isn't at weekends. There is a great little cafe though on the lake that is a 5 minute walk away. Easy to get a food shopping order delivered and a really nice touch of a cake and bottle of wine as we were there celebrating Birthdays. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us.

We had a fantastic weekend at this beautiful house! The entire place was spotlessly clean and really well maintained. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape from the city, and we especially loved spending time in the stunning glass room — it was such a relaxing spot with great views. The hot tub was a definite highlight and added a touch of luxury to our stay. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Highly recommend!

A fantastic stay at the Saddle House. We had everything we needed plus more! Just what we wanted, peaceful, quiet and time away from home. Luxury hot-tub with a spacious garden for the dog and children to burn energy. Saddle house has so much to offer, we didn't leave the cottage. There Is garden games, board games, books, dvds. We had some well needed family time. We will be back!

We have just returned from an unforgettable hen weekend at the manor. We had everything we needed and James was an excellent host, the bedding and towels were all lovely and clean and there was more than enough space for us all, we never felt on top of each other. What was truly special about this place is the surroundings, it’s simply stunning and the hot tub was beautifully placed and was well received. Things are quite rustic and some things quite worn but it added charm and character to this property which truly felt like home for the weekend. There was a lot of parking and is the ideal location for a hen weekend, not too far from Lincoln and Grantham but very rural.

We had a lovely stay. The location was very peaceful and in beautiful countryside. Great for walks with the dog. Hot tub was a perfect way to relax. We would definitely visit again.

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. We were looking for a private quiet relaxing weekend and across the hidden gem that ticked all the boxes.Jayne and Stuart were really welcoming and on hand if we needed anything.Highly recommend the dairy barn was immaculate and the hot tub was amazing not to mention the Inn on the green which was located at the bottom of the drive.If you are looking for a quiet getaway then this place comes 100% recommended with first class hosts Darren and Hazel from Sheffield.

We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

Lovely spacious cottage , perfect for a weekend away exploring the Norfolk coast with our dog Pepper. Emma even let us have a late check out on Sunday which was fantastic. We will definitely be returning in the future Ryan, Emma and Pepper the Miniature Schnauzer

Our first visit to Norfolk and Sophie's place was a wonderful base. A lovely quite village with a few places to eat / drink. The house seemed bigger than the photos make it appear and is a really homely space. The outdoor seating is real bonus on a nice day, to be able to sit out and relax, listening to the bees. Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen plus a super comfy long sofa for those days when the weather wasn't so kind. Take a stroll from the door down to the Old Harbour and across the marshes to see all kinds of wading birds and a marsh harrier or two. Great local wildlife spots at Titchwell and Pensthorpe as well as the nearby beaches. Sophie is a great host and we're planning to come back before long.

We had the most wonderful stay at Pollywiggle Cottage. It was so clean, comfortable and spacious and has absolutely everything you could need for cooking, cleaning and playing! The beds were super comfortable and fresh and we got a fabulous night's sleep each night. We loved the garden space and spent hours in there reading because we had such gorgeous weather. Pollywiggle Cottage is perfectly location in the heart of the village, with shops, pubs and restaurants, cafes and the beaches, all within walking distance. It is also central to visiting local towns and cities and we have had the most relaxing time in Norfolk. Also perfectly

Lovely shabby chic character terraced cottage. We enjoyed our stay here, nice enclosed rear garden for our dog. There is a nice tearoom a couple of doors away and lovely walking from the door and many great walks in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at Mike and Sarah's - the house is right next to the castle and a short walk into Lincoln. There is beautiful countryside within walkable distance too, and the Airbnb is a great space to share with friends. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful we were a bit worried 16 of us sharing but it was so spacious and the rooms were spread out. The kids also loved the park and feeding the animals in a morning

Place felt bigger than the photos. Really responsive host. We raised a minor maintenance issue on arrival and it got sorted out really quickly.

A beautiful property in lovely surroundings with access to the pool and tennis court. A great location for the coast and local areas, great local restaurants. It’s an amazing place.

We had a wonderful week away at Tattershall in 1 of Nigel’s lovely 3 bed caravans. The van was clean and Hot Tub was ready to go! We had daily air shows from the RAF which was amazing! Although we didn’t purchase the additional Entertainment Pass, Nigel was amazing at sharing some local attractions & we had a fantastic time. The weather was stunning, the caravan was lovely, park was wonderful & Nigel was very helpful & informative- Thank you Nigel.

Absolutely breathtaking setting. Staying in the Potting Shed we were completely immersed in peaceful nature, but just a short walk (or golf buggy ride!) from the pool and sunset mound (highly recommend heading there for sundowners).

Bedrooms were fairly spacious with the two doubles having nice views too. Bathroom was lovely but didn’t have a lock on the door. Kitchen was easy to use but could do with a little more kitting out. Television isn’t smart and there is no wifi so would recommend taking a console. The pool outside is nice and clean, some beach chairs and inflatables to enjoy. There are also nice picnic tables outside to have a meal at. The place is adjoining to another apartment so it is a bit more lacking in privacy than expected. The host Marii is absolutely lovely, she was very welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond.

Was lovely and clean although odd bits like under beds and walls had a few marks but nothing that would put me off staying there again. Really comfy and clean beds I have a 2 year old and she usually wakes up in the night to get in my bed but while we stayed here she stayed in her own room all night as I think the bed was comfier than hers at home 🤣 brilliant location as really quite but abit of a walk for little ones, and the hot tub was really clean and brilliant touch!
