We absolutely loved our stay at Joys place. It was in the perfect location, the house itself was gorgeous, the decor was stunning and it was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights break. She made everything fab and we had great nights sleep aswell. Definitely be staying here again!

Lovely stay, beachy vibes! Very quiet, easy to get to the beach and also great parking- would reccomend to anyone wanting to visit Cleethorpes and surrounding towns!

Stunning, peaceful, secluded woodland location. Beautifully furnished, thoughtfully equipped and spotlesslessly clean. Lorraine and Wayne were friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Exceptional hosts and perfect accomodation. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Norfolk including a very friendly dog.

We loved everything about this air b&b, really clean and had everything we needed. We had three young children with us and it was perfect for them. The host even put a stair gate up for us ready for when we arrived. Really great communication with the host throughout the trip with lots of advice on where to go exploring. The location of the property is brilliant, just a couple of minutes to the beach 🏖️. Would definitely recommend, thank you!!

absolutely lovely quirky little house. we came with my young daughter and told her it was a fairy tale cottage and from the outside and inside it fits description. The kitchen was fitted with everything we needed to cook and the bedrooms were spacious and supplied with a toddler bed and travel cot. The area is so quiet but has everything you need with a 24hour Morrison's corner shop, a gorgeous playground and The George serving as a friendly and lovely place to have a drink. I would 100% recommend.

What a lovely stay! What made it even more special were the lovely touches made my our hosts Simon and Roz! With a lovely cake and bottle of Prosecco on arrival- we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay! Location was perfect, walking distance to the local supermarket and the pier. The 3 days went by in minutes! Would definitely visit again and recommend to all ☺️

This host is fantastic and made us feel so welcome. Communication was 5*. The cottage was clean, homely and so comfortable. We will keep our fingers crossed that we can always stay here when we need to visit family in sleaford from now on

Great stay! The hot tub was lovely, really responsive over message! We had an issue with the sofa bed and the hosts came and sorted it and replaced the sofa. Amazing house, we had a fab time 🩷

We had a great stay here, the accommodation was perfect for us. This place is great for families to have a little get away. We took our two dogs and the outside space was great for them also. This place is not too far from the beach and there’s loads to do on site. I was really surprised at how big the caravan was inside and everything was squeeky clean. Would definitely stay here again 😊.

Our lodge was absolutely stunning and clean. There was so much room and the beds were lovely and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and used it during the allocated hours. The lodge had everything we could have needed and was well stocked and organised. The site is fantastic and entertainment/food was a real bonus too. We will definitely be returning in the future. We had a fantastic stay at lakeside view. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings being situated right by the lake. Jean was a great host, super helpful and responsive. The lodge was even better than we were expecting. Would definitely recommend

Great place to stay, lovely outlook from the decking across water and the golf course. Well appointed accommodation with everything you could need. Great facilities and a bar on site and very good value for money.

Staying in Kirsty’s caravan for the weekend was a much needed and lovely getaway. It had all the basic necessities we needed, and my son loved the caravan space to play in and explore. The area that the caravan was located was fairly close to the beach, and there were other activities that you could do within the area, I.e., mini golf/arcade. Kirsty was very responsive and understanding of certain situations, which we were thankful for. The only downside was that the games had missing pieces, however the rest of the stay was great!

Wonderful caravan; very comfortable, clean, plenty of kitchen equipment if you want to cook for yourself or there are a great variety of eat out/order in type of food establishments on site. Plenty of space for everyone in the caravan & a perfect position near to the Boathouse restaurant but nice & private at the end of a row. Highly recommend this as a great break, a home from home!

What a fabulous Caravan, I stayed here with my husband and children. Was spacious and clean and in a prime location. Super close to the beach and the arcades and just around the corner from Butlin’s. The caravan had a brilliant shower for bathing the children when coming off the beach. The whole caravan is decorated really nice and very simple. The children loved waking up to the little bunny’s eating the grass outside every day. Lovely stay, would recommend to all Thank you Nicola also for being a fantastic host !

We had a wonderful time at the cottage(2 adults, a 14 and an 11 year old), it was such a lovely place and so peaceful and private. A lovely garden and so amazingly close for the beach and walks along the dunes and salt marshes. Lots of kite flying, playing on the sand and then watching the rabbits run into the dunes in the evening. We saw deer prints on the beach but didn't spot them! Heard loads of cuckoos! Thank you for the gorgeous lemon cake and wine on arrival and the house had everything we needed. Very comfy beds! It really was lovely and we hope to come again. Many thanks Charlie.

Me and my family had a wonderful few nights in Skegness, the house was fabulous, was a 20 min walk from the main front with a pub that serves food, an aldi, M&S all halfway which are great if you need to stop off. House was exactly how described, but somehow still even better in real life. Host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Lovely personal touches, some cookies and milk in the fridge left for us went down a treat. Everything we could have needed, and more. Kitchen well stocked with lots of cutlery, mugs, glasses, plates etc. along with spices, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar and a great espresso machine with ground coffee also supplied. Shampoo, body wash, hand wash, plenty of toilet roll. Linen all clean and fresh and the place in general was spotless. Would stay again in a heartbeat. 100% recommend.

Lovely stay, all amenities to make it home from home. Nice and clean with comfy beds and a private enclosed garden to keep the dog safe.

Joel was a really helpful and friendly host. The craven is modern, pristine and Peaceful. It is Perfectly located for a family holiday in Skegness! We had a great half term break and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Absolutely lovely break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you are looking to recharge your batteries then this is for you. The amenities are second to none. Within easy reach of a number of lovely beaches too. I would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay. caravan lovely and clean. host very responsive. Beds and pillows very comfy. my only niggle was the WiFi kept buffering so couldn't really watch the tv, other than that everything was perfect.

We stayed for 3 nights family of 10 for my mum and dads 60th Wedding anniversary, Magda arranged flowers, Balloons, Champagne and some lovely biscuits. The house was immaculate and everything you could ask for. When it rained we could all sit under the Gazebo or in the hot tub and the children played air hockey, pool and table football not forgetting Connect 4, my favourite 🤩 . The hot tub was checked everyday and the host brought some lovely treats each morning so nice, it’s a 5 minute walk to the centre and a short ride to Fantasy Island. It’s in a quiet location no noise at all. Everyone question I asked was answered in minutes. Fantastic house, excellent Hosts we will certainly be back I would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful house with so much to do you don’t have to go out and every takeaway on just eats or a short walk to many places to eat. None of us wanted to leave
