Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/ fruit)& guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, portable electric hob, fridge, toaster, saucepans, plates, glasses and cutlery. EETV, Roku smart tv and WiFi. Free on street parking. Flat3 is part of a recently refurbished old stone building. This is a stylish, ground-floor flat only a few minutes walk from Stamford's historic town centre, with it's many wonderful shops, pubs, restaurants and fabulous Georgian architecture. Barnack is a tranquil village 3 miles from the historic town of Stamford. There is a gastro pub in the village & other pubs / cafes to explore close by. The annex is completely private to the main cottage and is ideally situated for beautiful walks, or as a base if working in the area. I have a separate entrance to the main cottage, on-hand as required.

The Lavender Room is a beautiful, luxury, private ensuite bedroom in the heart of Stamford. There is private access and small courtyard outdoor seating area, in a well kept garden. On-street parking is available. Hosts are available to support, should you have any requests during your stay.
